I have encountered similar bad service from this SC. Now, I am going to glenmarie.

Complained about my front left door misalignment few weeks ago. A helping technician found out a screw went missing. Called me back 2 weeks later after he ordered the spare part for me. It was along wait but it does solved my problem.

IMHO, screw is something cheap and though may not be using it more than often, however, they should have an inventory on this.

Is it the door or the door trim not aligned?mind sharing with us which screw they've replaced?

Anyhow, I could say that i'm satisfied with their careline service but the same could not be said about their SC. But with their growing SC I hope they can cope with their growing customer or else..tutup kedai

You're definitely getting a lot of wrong info.

Latest Civic Hybrid 0w20 price charged by Honda is RM150.50

Even when I had my Corolla Altis, the charges were never more than RM170 for fully synthetic oil.

Full service will not hit more than RM1.5k either, not to say it isn't possible but it's not likely, not unless you have some very major work done or unless you push 2 or 3 services into 1.

That's why if the price gap is more than 20% between Japanese C-segment marques and for the NA version, then it's considered quite costly to maintain. It's more logical if between the turbo version vs any non turbocharged Japanese NA cars.

Hi zweimmk,

No offense but it will be better if you could state or show some prove of the charges mentioned by you. For fully synthetic oil, price differs by brand and when was it changed? Price has gone up a lot nowadays. And by mentioned fully synthetic oil, the type of oil and the grade makes a big price difference too even it is categorized as fully synthetic.

Just mentioned a price rm170 is not enough. Make a full list of price charged for 5 years or 100k km will be more convincing.. And, may I know the civic hybrid is 10k per service or 5k? With this, we all will know how much it cost to maintain Japanese famous car such as civic, Korean forte, vw Jetta, Peugeot 408. For me, it's better to compare cars within same class, engine type(turbo or n/a).

from what I see here, it is still hearsay with some giving his/her inputs based on limited knowledge and din make the effort to back up his/her claims.

Regards

Yesterday I was driving my 408t and suddenly I could hear click clik sound on the dashboard. I was cursing like hell for the money spent no this crap.....took out all the things in the compartment, glove box etc......drive again and the stupid sound is still there. Damn!

Then, I was thinking of booking an appointment with sc for the rectification to be done soonest possible before I embarrassed myself in frontal of relatives and friends.....

Suddenly, I realize it was the sun visor that is making the click click sound as I was driving. I took it out from the clip to block the sunlight shining into cabin from side window and when I flip back to original position, I didn't clip it back. That explains the click click sound.

Finally, I am a happy pug owner again....hahaha

Jus to share my experience here......

If you on stock tyres 31 psi is below manufactures recommended minimum. 31psi will be more comfortable but for this car on low profile tyres, recommended minimum is 2.5bar or 36psi for light load. With 31psi you'll see uneven wear on your tyres after a while, the outer edge will wear off quicker.

Different people different stroke
Some like popular choice, some just shrug, smile (but not laugh till they choke)
Some like German Engineering, even it makes them broke

Some like Korean , valued pack /feature fullness now with Peter Shreyer's genius stroke

And then they are this bunch of unique ladies & gentlements so fine.
Appreciate tasteful things in life, like fench perfumes, fashions and wines.
Whom have exquisite taste, unique for some AND not most and that's fine.
and they tolerate ill-mannered guests even they starting to behave like swines

So, fully.imported car may not be a good thing too.albert from peugeot france. First batch of 408 may not be fully assembled in MY.

Can we see the brand without opening any cover?

Btw, m now at sierraglow waiting my car to be pampered..mr choong agreed to touch up my car for the coating I did few months back. Happy with his customer service. Will monitor the coating effect for few months from now.

Jus checked, cant c the brand of the battery installed as it is fully covered. A little worry as car has been running for 6minths at 14500km so far.

Found the way to auto connect Bluetooth for my s3.
This is just my assumption as previously my s3 could not auto connect. But after change the setting on s3. Now it can auto connect already.

Steps 1: delete paired device with peugeot Bluetooth and repairing.
(Maybe can skip this step)
Step 2: go to phone setting, select Bluetooth.
( screen appear as my device gt-i9300 and paired device. Your phone is paired with peugeot Bluetooth now.
Step 3: tick/select visible to all nearby Bluetooth devices.
Step 4: press the function button (left button on your phone) and select visible time out.
Step 5: select never time out.

Now, try going out of your car and in for few time to see whether it auto connect or not.

Good luck......
