The ride will be harsher with thinner tyres, but it'll have a bit hetter handling. The thinner tyre's sidewall will not sway as much as the thicker sidewall, thus u'll have more control, but sacrifice on comfort.
Entering a pothole on malaysian roads with a thinner tyre will absolutely be harder than with a thicker tyre. Plus it can damage the rims.

Chonghan List updated We are not far guys, 4 more to go I've seen the real products in my previous ride and it was real fit and perfect... Front driver and passenger side would have a small space for you to take parking ticket if you need, unlike the conventional suction cup shade where you have to take it down just to collect the ticket Besides you get the privacy feel too since others cant really see item in your cabin For the first 15 excluding myself, thank you guys so much for the patience and supports in my initiative Try to push the supplier to go eventho we only have 16, coz my friend told me he & the jetta guys proceed with order eventho only 15 pcs.

Yes normal. Well actually theres no reading because the speed is to low for the car to calculate the fc. Basically FC is in units of l/100km, which is inversely proportional to distance, which is derived from the speed (in this case of instantaneous fc). Mathematically if its 0 speed, infinite fc lol, except when the engine's off.

Even with very light foot like mine it'll shift up from 3 to 4 at 2.5krpm. I had to be lightfooted, I travel long distance about 500km every week. Sometimes i even use the tiptronic to upshift earlier.

Our cars' (408t) engine is still the international engine of the year for 1.4-1.8L category..lol. Either the judges are being paid off, or the psa really is the best engine, going through a lot of variants and improvement through these years.
Ecoboost 1.0 is still also a winner, so i'm surely gonna get the fiesta ecoboost when it comes

QUOTE(akimzz @ Jun 8 2013, 06:02 PM) Sure, no problem..its a 3 simple steps for you to change the left clip to right clip. 1) pull out the clip from the blade [attachmentid=3477944] 2) Pull out the end-lock of the blade. [attachmentid=3477947] This is because you need to swap the top 'fin' from left side to right side. You will notice at the adapter clip, there is hole for the fin. [attachmentid=3477954] After swap the fin to the correct side align with the hole at adapter, you can pasang balik end-lock and clip. Great step by step instructions. Anyway after swapping them, does the wiper area still cover the rain sensor?

QUOTE(akimzz @ Jun 10 2013, 09:33 PM) i believe so..did take the pic at the sensor area: [attachmentid=3481202] Cool. I'll try it again tomorrow. The end parts are a bit difficult to take off and Im worried if I use too much force the clips will break as its made from plastic.

QUOTE(dchan126 @ Jul 5 2013, 09:52 PM) 5 months old already, about 17500km. Going for 20K service end of this month or early next month. Will ask the SC to check. I'm thinking to go CSL... hope they know how to fix the turbo, if its really got problem. Maybe its u're already used to the torque, that you dont feel it anymore happens to me lol But if its really a problem with the turbo unit, I doubt CSL have a spare unit ex stock. If u're lucky maybe its just a minor air leak somewhere or the ecu just needs to be reprogrammed.

The so called famous for drifting toyo is the T1R, which is available in the market since more or less 5 years ago..its weird why toyo dont do much RnD..or maybe their tyres are already perfect for japanese weather & road condition and they dont bother to RnD for other countries. Afaik all T1R are made in Japan.

Its the door latch mechanism, which is secured inside the doors using two hex screws. open the doors and u can easily see the screws nearby the childlock slot. its the silver coloured ones, not black ones. These screws are sometimes loose which can make a rattling sound, and over time it can also drop out, like some of our members here who experience missing screws.
mine was also loose a couple of months ago but I had a properly sized allen key to retighten it myself.
I just sent my car for servicing this morning at CSL, and they also did it for my car, not like I need it anyway.
The fact that SCs are doing the tightening during servicing means that it really is a common reported problem for 408s, and good to see Nasim doing something about it
P/s-used syntium engine oil and got 2 free car charger kits for mobile phones lol

Dont fully trust the manufacturer datasheet...i dont think they have any type of standard testing procedures to measure the 0-100 acceleration..meaning they can be testing at different temperatures, winds, tyres, tarmac type, etc, which may affect to the acceleration speed...or they just come up with the number from thin air
