As far as I know, forumers are free to voice their opinion in LYN since a decade ago, just need to be prepared for other ppl's response to it lol. Lets be open minded and not be too offended. Cheers

LOL

My post is clearly spam if I just end it here tongue.gif

Anyway, our current rims for 408t is 17x7.5j +32 offset. Getting a 17x8jj with +25 or +18 offset might be good enough to make the wheel nearly flushed with the fender, but need to check on clearance with the fender itself. Danishfx, whats the size of the rims u ordered from the uk?

Hmm..wouldnt a bigger positive offset make the wheel closer to the inside, can make the wheel hit the brake caliper and suspension?

Rm100 is quite a bargain! Which seller is it, airline?

Anyway afaik the bulb clip thingy is standard with h4 or h7 bulbs for most cars.

Thanks for the advice. Initially I also thought the same thing, had separate key bunches for my rent house in Segamat and KL, but had a bad experience of misplacing one bunch, so now I keep both keys bunches at as one big lol.

Keychains usually dangles a lot, mespecially those long and heavy ones. I dont use them, but my wife...different story sweat.gif

The 408 is more than capable to keep in the lane at high speed corners, no need for racing lines thumbup.gif

Experienced this few months ago at karak highway, a car was changing lanes bersepah2 to use the so called racing line, but he still cant keep up with me eventhough i just kept to my lane

Nope. RM1700+ just for single rim from Bluebox.. I rather spend on Hermes for 4rims.

I just cancelled my servicing booking to different service center. Previously booked at Balakong but after hearing the bad stories, booked CSL. Balakong really need to educate their staff, when I called, and said wanna cancel booking, the recep just hung up the phone without asking further details or acknowledging. That is just bull

Thanks for the info SKYjack. The 408 Turbo looks like it has the most capable engine in the Peugeot line-up. How about acceleration and torque? Can it beat a Civic 2.0L and/or an Altis 2.0V?

On paper its better. In real life, why dont u test it out yourself? smile.gif

To those who are not used to LYN, trolls will always be trolls lol. Dont be so hyped up by them or be defensive.

Common sighting if 408 means its slowly becoming a commoner's car lol. The SC really need to increase their effectiveness and service to cater for more volume.

I also went to see the 5-door 208 at CSL last saturday, but didnt get to testdrive it. Somehow it doesnt give me the wow factor compared to other cars in it class, whereas the 408 really did wow me. The thing i liked about the 208 is the seating position, and the small steering wheel, which will be useful for my wife.

Initially supplier deal is min 30 units only he will start the mould for us but now after some discussion hes willing to start at 20, unfortunately we cant hit that number after some time.. so now he is discussing with his partner see if they can absorb less than 20

Im just sharing a nice item to have in our prince, no obligation; buy because you need not because you feel obliged or anything ya; the price will be 270 and again I would like to disclaim im not earning single cents from this effort
