getting your parents to buy games instead of using your own hard earned money gives less satisfaction somewhat.

Agreed, actually i was introduced to games by them, back then in 1985, my dad bought himself the Atari2600. It was fun back then. Then he got busy no more games except for the x86 computer in 1987 which he used for work but also play classic games like 'digger' and 'snake' (snake in nokia meets pacman) he was crazy with those games. As a kid, it was fun watching them. Well that was it. No more new console until 2001 where i bought myself my ps2 with my first salary.

Yep, when i was young, satisfaction still there. Where else can you get money? Plus it was fun if your parent play with you. Now i have 2 kids (3y and 1y) its a nice family evening activity together. My 3y daughter liks to play eyetoy with me.

Ahh... memory lane.

Btw, my dad still plays games if he come to my house - his favourate? - TimeCrisis series - Heh he. 54 years, still a player. biggrin.gif Now the blood have comedown to his grandchildren.

spend yr money wisely. an original game per month wont that bad if u have yr budget. game is for fun and sometime satisfaction when u able to achieve higher level. dont always look for new game but end up u did not even finish a game. it happened to me before when i own a sega saturn. now plan to buy nds with only original game.

anyway, i work and use my salary to buy the O game.

just my 2 cents.

Tell him to go work in mcdonalds or something that pays around rm5 per hour
8 hours = rm40
10 days = rm400

or divide it by half

4 hours a day for 20 days

In many cultures thread necromancy is considered a vile crime punishable usually punished with social discrimination.

I say its just lucky this one wasnt taken to the cleaners in the last forum cleanup.

There are lessons to be learnt here about buying ori.
