Cant compare the price where saville almost finish sold and going to complete in 2016.

Plus, saville was launched 3 yrs back where property price are relatively low.

Very true... But I think those facing the flats are asking min 700psf... And those higher floors which above flat are asking close to 850psf... That is why the phase A condo are very tall with 8 level carparks podium...

800psf nett for lowest floor... every floor add RM3000... it will be about RM980K from the lowest price....
