Phase 1 is residential which facing other PPR flats... Total 2 block with 200+ units... Price starting at 800psf after discount...

Just FYI, I have checked land office that saville bangsar is not MRL, but is a freehold land. Anyway, it is only with higher BUMI quota initially... And now developer has managed to get 70% of non BUMI allocation...

Land office info has the most accurate info that we should look into....

This I'm very sure as info I got with land office... If u have vested in saville bangsar, u could get runner to search for the title which stated " Freehold" .... But a BUMI quota of 50:50 stated in title...

Developer has managed to secure 70% allocation to non BUMI in last 2 months only... So when title issued, land title / strata title will quote as " freehold"... But consent needed for MOT....

That is y many thought is was a MRL, in fact which is not... And consent needed as leasehold properties in KV....

Parcel 1 in map... Is just right opposite those PPR flats... Internal staff got 700 psf.... But all facing PPR flats, unless u choose those floors more than 16 floor above..

Developer giving internal staff with pre booking or discount is 1 of the staff benefit for developer staffs... It practice in all developer companies in Malaysia...

Went to the Sales office today at PJ state, SA told IJM Bhd and all its subsidiaries companies office will move to Pantai Sentral Park as HQ in future...

This really guarantee their succeeds in PSP....
