First time see ppl ask other raise rent...beside secoya, inwood still in construction so...moving in now actually got noise, dust, etc...

The market in bangsar south now is actually around 2.3-2.5k, fully furnished as well.

Been viewing around and the market is not that hot...

Brother,
Thanks for your comment.
We all here blow water.

The rent rate is driven by market and demand for sure.
About the bangsar south rent rate...do you refer 1 room unit for 2.3 to 2.5?

Based on what IJM said.
It will provide shuttle bus from Pantai Sentral Park to KTM->Bangsar South->Mid Valley.
Similarly like what UOA is providing in BS

Average i think it is around 770-780psf...
The highest floor price is about 810psf, lowest is around 750psf i think. This was during the first 2-3 weeks of early bird.

Is this the price of southlink by uoa?

yes

Southlink is so high density and built on small land.

In term of pricing...RM750 to RM800 psqft are just ok ok

expensive , phase 1 sold out 99% haha.. lease hold. just got MSC status. unknown commercial plan eg. shopping or etc as shopping mall approval freeze for now. year end new road open joining NPE. entire project to be completed within 20years.
*
I couldn't agree you more.
The plan for commercial is unknown at all....it's so disappointed.
The entire project to be started and completed really an unknown situation.

Hopefully it can take some advantage from Bangsar South.

ya man..but at least the agent is honest. salute..I like this kinda agent.

Frankly speaking...The interchange road..it doesnt seem cam drive through from KL to NPE.
It's only from PJ TO NPE.

The very launching price was consider not too expensive.
Ranging from 720 to 800 persqft...for own staying and investment might not too bad as well.
Hopefully it doesn't need to top up too much after the renting price

Now I think price is ranging RM900persqft.

Just passed by the site and took few photos.

Overall, looking not bad...greenary and middle high end feeling.
Big land size for low density....many facilities, big entrance for guard house
And nice garden.

The facilities looking nice and condo land is big which has more space for road, common area...

The only thing doesn't look classy which is there is no balcony

How is the quality and workmanship of inwood?
Good or just ok?
