I would like to know if I want to port out from DiGi postpaid and my 2 years contract ends on 6th Jan 2014, what should I do before I can port out? Do I need to clear my bill until 6th Jan only I can port out or I just need to pay the last bill after I port out? From what I read, I can't port out if I have outstanding amount to be paid but I can't really understand what that means.

I don't want to pay an extra month to digi because my plan will cost RM68 after 2 years contract. Please advise~ Thank you!!!

just clear the oustanding till the contract end and start the MNP process to umobile, the latest bill will send to you from digi after u ported out
but make sure ur line is a single main line

2g using maxis, 3g and 4g is umobile itself 1, out of umobile 3g coverage would roam to maxis 2g in klang valley penang johor, might roam to maxis 3g @ melaka terengganu ...

This is because I wanna to switch from DiGi prepaid to U Mobile prepaid. I nid to submit what document to you? Through by here or email or through ur phone?

Is it can make it within this week can activate my U Mobile prepaid?

my phone is super noob galaxy ace which very hang in wechat or line, u try later in 5 min wechat me cool2.gif or thru email also can la now full time working this already 11am-6pm
