Hi~ Im existing DIGI prepaid user... can I MNP my digi number to UMI 28(prepaid)... according to the U mobile service center in festival city he said I cannot MNP to U mobile prepaid only can MNP to postpaid quit confusing...

yup you can, they are not doing that service only, my location near PV 128 near festival city mall too

but my charge bit different from center

MNP PROCEDURES
1st. number to mnp
2nd. digi/maxis/celcom prepaid /postpaid
3rd. confirm the owner and registered address of the number
4th. photostat ic or IC detail if prepaid
5th. contact and address to post
6th. comment on my post as support

bank in / transfer RM 38 or RM 58
RM 30 (minimum reload ) RM 5 is cost of sim RM 3 is postage = RM 38 (30.5credits)

RM 50 (reload) RM 5 is cost of sim free postage = RM 55 (50.5 credits)

remind to clear the outstanding with previous operator 1st , can't be sub line, or contract too

If all provided information include register person name, Ic number and address is correct.
The MNP process will take around 2-3 days.
Include postage waiting total around 5-6 days .
