If not mistaken should be normal for all cars. When you turn key to Start position, all Acc stuff turns off (include radio, display, etc) as it needs full batt power to power up the starter motor; its also a precautionary circuit cutoff as during startup, the alternator to churn out higher amps (spike) which is detrimental to some sensitive electronic components.

If still in doubt, pls google.

However if your battery is almost 2 years, its time... Also check the terminals as suggested by fellow forummer.

Treat it like a delicate rubber band... Abuse it n it will patah...

1) Refrain from downshifting for engine braking from high speeds (its not MT, even MT clutch plates will wear faster doing so)
2) Don't drag / hold the gears (when using manual shift) at top 6.3K rpm for long period.
3) Change cvt oil at 40-50K km.

Other than those above, its quite a reliable gb to use.

I kejar itu datsun dari cyberjaya balik shah alam 180km/h cvt takde hal... Only time ada hal was I cucuking a fake lala on nkve at 200km/h for quite some time... itu picture takda keluar tapi cvt whining sound jor... so slow down lor...

In short, as long as you don't drive like a mad fella like us and drive normally, cvt takde hal punyer... don't have to drive it like a sissy...
