Thanks for the feedback. i have no idea what mut 3 was. but now it sounds like it is a device that connect to the car for diagnosis.

I stay in a condo next to the duta roundabout. the nearest to me was this kepong bukit maluri service centre.

Sure i will go TT one fine day, thanks again

Yes, the MUT3 device is to read the car error codes, amongst other functions....

As the alarm unit is connected to the CanBus system, technically there should be an error code if the sensor is dead (defective).... however, if the sensor is half dead, chances are there are no error code if the CanBus is able to detect the sensor at the time of the MUT3 reading (may not true technically, but it shld work this way la...)

Thus, the better way is for the technicians to sit in car and actually LISTEN if it works.... there are more simpler ways to work that to blindly rely on equipments, stupid workers....

Maybe K3 can highlight more on the MUT3..... he did COPY this knowlegde from somewhere someone ma.... whistling.gif whistling.gif

I did my 1k service at Admitech. They also look at the the same issues, and they just put on the receipt "no rattle", "reverse sound ok" and "aircon outlet not loose". when i asked why they put the description like that, they say it is not always hapenning, hence it is ok to put like that. I didnt question them on this. Else i will become the next "tol car lady / listen lady". Besides, it is still a minor issue.

That is why i came to this kepong bukit maluri. According to proton, kepong bukit maluri is a proton-edar service centre and they will look into these issues i had

Look at the design of the "torch" carefully..... i suspect they will need to DRILL a hole in the door to fit that "torch" in.... I will not let them drill my door at all.....

Alternatively, as XC show you his version.... which is better and brighter....

I not see XC's lighting shocking.gif anyway.. I dunno how they setup smile.gif Drill hole? or ikat? lol.. that's weird, they replaced my loose air vents after i complained to them, and let me used my own engine oil (just once) even if that's against their protocol.

Went to Titan again today. Just my third time, to fix the bottom out issue... Erm... actually didnt went to test, not sure they test it with their crew or not (i think not, lol). They just raise the rear higher, i can put in 3 and a half fingers. Ask them what they do, the technician said higher and harder. Erm, whatever... Went back to genting, and can hear the rear sound return, faint but noticeable, last fix already reduced a lot, now increased a bit. Adui... shakehead.gif

Going to test again tmr morning. Hopefully the sound not as loud as i hear this evening. Stress the car quite badly uphill rushing for something. sweat.gif

G day to all,

Ong u sure u r having the bottom out issue? How do u know is it bottoming out? Raising the height will not resolve the bottom out but compresses the already soft oem spring n make matters worse..

U need the discuss with WL or Unker and not straight go to their assistants unless u know what are u doing..my humble view.

bro, i think the faint sound u noticed, probably is the tyre sound, due to suspension harder, tyre sound more obvious, not the suspension problem smile.gif
