i think what he means oily is due to the keyboard frame's glossy finish.... sweat.gif sweat.gif
you know.... Razer likes "Mirror" finish on keyboards for reasons unknown...
maybe they expect the gamers to look at themselves at the keyboard rather than in the mirror.... coz no time go restroom during gaming laugh.gif laugh.gif

He has the new razer blackwidow 2013, if I'm not wrong, it has the matte finish?

Ok wrong, read salah, gg any keyboard will suit you now, the old razer is like the das keyboards, handprint magnet
*
haha... seems you're correct, it's in matte now, but the keycaps is ok right? hmm.gif hmm.gif

QUOTE(Bhelmouth @ Mar 17 2013, 08:35 PM)
yeah it have matte finish but still left oil stain. especially in my "space bar" coz of the big size and at the bottom part where we usually rest our hand.
*
I think that one is common on all keyboards... i am using mine in a non-airconditioned room and the fingerprints are rclxub.gif rclxub.gif plus i got sweaty hands.... >.<

I think like kyrmian suggests, PBT is more resistant to stains? hmm.gif

QUOTE(Ireferno @ Mar 18 2013, 04:53 PM)
Preference being said, majority of the people don't like tactile feedback when gaming?
*
well, not sure about like the tactile feedback or not
but most gaming people, they like to press the keys fast and sometimes need double tapping, linear switches is more ideal in the sense that there is no friction (browns) or second action (like blues) when pressing the keys,
not sure about browns, but for blues, if double taps too fast, the switch may not be able to return as fast as your tapping and thus gave you the feeling that "it didnt register" but in fact it still registers....

Is anyone going to start a bulk on KBC Poker anytime soon? Planning to get my hands on a unit smile.gif
*
Erm Kai said the previous bulk was cancelled due to manufacturer delays and members dropping out....
so i think the only plausible option now would be to wait for the Poker v2 a.k.a Poker Pro.... which its release date is still unknown....

We are the appointed disty for Vortex Keyboards. So far we have no interest in offering this SKU but you can feel free to back order a piece for yourself. We'd roll in Vortex in late April

Only a bit. His set is covered by us cos he has to handle shipping for 200 orders. So that's ~2USD. And he probably gets to keep some PayPal cents, not including after he had to take loan cos PayPal decided to keep his money due to the large amount suddenly entering his account. You guys so stingy meh? Lol. Compare what he's doing for the community and Originative.
*
haha... yea, that small fees are acceptable, but sherry's originativeco's price is abit.... doh.gif doh.gif

I say keyboard assembly, you think I can source all the parts meh?
Things like keycaps and casings, you also knowlah right tongue.gif
*
kaiser.... the parts can get from the GB, just important is the assembly + lubing + stickering....

as long as can get someone to provide the service, getting stuffs from the GB and directly send to the person providing the service is already very efficient!!!!

PS: i saw in GH60 groupbuy that there are 2 alu casing (WFD and Beast), which one is actually PO-able??? hmm.gif

Edit: Nvm, saw that still under design....

@ Kaysa, 0168257061: you guys get them individually then all send to kai or grouporder by one then all send to kai? any chance of shipping saving? like a mini GB here....

haha..... told you your resistance is futile!!!!
As long as you're using one... you'll always curious enough to take a peek back at GH or here, then the urge of wanting one will come all over again!!!!! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
