depending on ur current eq .. new BoA crafted gear can help u boost dps @ ehp .. easiest to get good roll is shoulder (main source of ehp) .. for dps u can try craft gloves n bracers
if u lose gold to repair it means that u r dying too much (as a range attacker a DH shouldnt get hit that much unless u play a tanky DH) .. lower the mp until u find a mp that u can survive n not die so often .. that will save u gold from doin repairs

mempo - only dex, no vit, try to combo dex + vit, if over budget, try anderial helmet
amulet - no cc , no cd , no ias, looking for > 7cc with >50% cd.
nat chest - + spike trap 10% dmg? but u r not using spike trap in ur skill. so it is wasted.
glove - cc too low, must > 8%, better equip with cd or attack speed
belt - look for inna belt or witching hour, in ur case, inna belt may b cheaper
bracer - look for stongram with AR, if not, crafting is a good idea
left ring - sad no cc, ur cc is too low to gain on crit damage, get cc on ring as well
nat ring - upgrade to the ring with avg dmg or cc. avg dmg is cheaper compare to nat ring with cc.
quiver - skill multishoot is wasted. get quiver with ur prefer dps skill.

Calamity - sad no socket and it rolled a wrong main stat, int. get a calamity with socket if got enough gold, if not, then can get a calamity with Life steal and dps 1.1k to 1.2k, it is not that expensive.

there are many way to improve your equipment and used skill.
u may refer and copy the setup on some good players in this forum.

My advice is:

Don't waste your time/gold/effort playing the DH. Not at least until the DEVS buff the class or at least say smth about it.

Reason is, right this moment, we are undeniably the most expensive class but the least effective class. We are the worst class atm in D3.

With a fraction of gold, you can have monks, wiz or even barbs doing MP10.

I'll give you an example, few week back i geared a barb with 300m and i can run MP10. Yeah I have problems with elites because i suck at playing WW barb. But i'm sure those Plvl 100 barbs here have no problem. My barb DPS was 150k and with in game buffs and sort it goes to 300k. I'm sure better players can easily kill elites.

I'm currently gearing a CM wiz and as it stands right now, i'm estimating the final cost to be approx 120m. I can't give results yet but i'm pretty sure it'll be able to do MP10 as well.

I can't speak for monk class because I never did like the class. Didn't suit my play style but what I can tell you is the DH class is going to burn a hole in your pocket.

My DH is worth approx 7B (9B if you include the 5.5cc memPo). I have 420k DPS unbuff and as it stands, i'm not doing MP10 any faster than my barb or my friends on monks/barbs/wiz. Oh btw, if you chose the DH cuz you like range class. Let me tell you there is NO RANGE CLASS on MP10. You are going to be forced into tanking with echo blast.

Sure, EHP DH might say I have horrible EHP but when you group up, I don't feel i'm contributing a lot to the team DPS wise. I think a 150k monk is doing more damage than I do with all their buffs.

If you wanna know why, is all about all skill mechanics and the non-existing skill synergy. But that's for another day.

RIGHT NOW, I'M TELLING YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ROLL A DH. IT WILL BE FRUSTRATING, EXPENSIVE AND WORST OF ALL EMBARRASSING.
