i play my dh against throw barb and i got a hard time , how to counter them ?

I'll share with you how i own most barbs i've met so far. Before you read further, you need to know that your DPS only works up till certain EHP (HP, armor). My limit is 130k HP, 10k armor.

Ways to own barbs in PVP

1. Frostburn Gaunlets/Stone of Jordan (cold elemental)
- run Strafe: Rocket Storm
- Elemental Arrow: Frost Arrow
- Cull the Weak passives
- spider companion

Only works effectively against barbs with lower EHP and 1 v 1. Strafe benefits from the snare of SoJ and in turn enables Cull the Weak to kick in. Why should u use this? Well, owning them with Frostburn gauntlets, amazing satisfaction. Watch them being slowed while you strafe at them is hilarious.

2.4P Legacy + Battle Scars
- if you have decent EHP, battle scars is like a second life for most DH that uses 4P legacy set.
- Bear in mind that most barbs have (except top ends one like moldRan) to sacrifice their DPS for EHP. Most of them drops their skorn to use stormshield. So Rend won't be that effective anymore and won't one shot us if we have decent EHP.

4P legacy rocks in PVP. The only problem you have might be when u duel with another DH but that's another story.

3. Top Right Corner near the walls
- Barbs favorite hiding place.
- To counter this, u can drop a turret there and make them move, shoot them from the opposite or use Cluster Arrow: Shooting Stars (homing rockets).

4. Rend
- Keep your distance cuz this skill goes through smoke screen.
- most of the time to get near to you, their only way is to leap. I think that can be avoided easily. Once they leap, pop SS and start firing at them. Shouldn't be that hard if u r use to it.

Can't think of any at the moment. One of my favorites is use spitfire turret to make fun of them.

Thanks for the detail guide. Usually i can pawn lower ehp barb easily especially those below 500k ehp. i can 1 shot them when crit with LfB.

Hardest barb is the one with 1.5mil ehp above and with 110k dps. Any tips to deal with those.

Currently i'm doing 139k dps unbuff and have 450k ehp. Just recently upgrade my gears to 990k ehp but my dps is lower down to 109k.....

if he upgrade the DML he goin to lost 300 vit...which is very very large lost in ehp there

end up chase u till end of the screen..lol
might as well just stand there and see who die 1st...lol
thats why i op for bola/volatile ...cause it help my crit and disp rregen ...for me to almost perma gloom whole battle..

dml gives 170-200 vit. switching to another dml only lose 100+ vit. that can be added back by switching 1 (amulet) or 2 gears.

make me think wan to get the 13++dps 200int 2 soc manti man...75mil only
