More or less the same as what I'm using just diffrent rune..
I choose boar for companian to boost my toughness to 1.7m (still long way from fe3deo sigh...

For me i kinda like skill that plant and forget type.
Exp sentry, RoV, and etc

So i can concentrate on dodging those curses elite skill.
Or look for health globe drops..and vault for oh shit moment.

Hmmmm... Lack of burst dmg...
Try swap elemental arrow to rapid fire or cluster arrow..
That should do the trick..

Keep calm and lift your head up.
180k is normal... You can reach even further.
Try craft those dex shoulder, glove, bracer and amulet 1st.

If you don have the plan for it ask around your clan.

since you have The Ninth quiver is very powewrful cause u get total of 59% to pierce with 70% increase on each peircing you going to see 1m crit everytime..

Elemental Shot try Ball Ligtning
This skill can shoot the enermy twice in single shot 300%x2...

Vengence try Seethe
Regen ur hatred by 10 persec....just spam ball Lightning youll see ur hatred hardly go down...I can take down elite in single vengence use in T1

optional skill
Rain of Vengence rune Dark cloud
just pust and forget....let it do the rest,,no hatred consume
I always activate ROV and Vengence together when it come to elite

Vault
Oh shit button..less disp use then other disp skill

Balistic
this is a must if you use Vengence...100% more dmg on rocket...thats make 140% for ur rocket atk
and just by shooting Hungering Arrow alone rocket will come out also causing 240%

currently I use these build ...and pawn most of the elite in few sec..

After taking some consideration on what you comment I change my hatred spender from elemental arrow to Cluster Arrow rune Cluster bomb..it does feel the killing are much faster now.

I found that LfB have big dmg in single shot 770% but not high enough compare to cluster bomb that have 550%...each bomb..

When you fight Elite can is strike by 2 bomb or maybe 3 bomb in single execute.

550% x 2... Sometime i saw 4m dmg 2 time or maybe 3 time.
