The new legendary effects and rolls does NOT affect existing drops, and aren't retroactive. What I mean by I'm ready is that the Balefire I have will be ready to have its socket added with Ramalandi's.

For the Frostburn and TnT, it's just marked rare and I've gotten more Frostburns than TnT (2 and 0, respectively). Everyone has a different piece of this pie we call RNG, but that value you see from diablofans is based on someone's research on drops, so take it with a pinch of salt.

No la.. they already run test and even with buff to cold damage sklls + passive and elemental dmg % it still behind fire and physical. Fire will get huge buff for MS Arsenal and Physical CA shooting star. So still both will dominate. Cold will be utility for crowd control. Im thinking krider with cold rune + cull of the weak + windforce on follower + strongarm + hexing pants and harringtons...... for white trash probably ok but for elites and RG might be a problem as some elites rare dont cannot be knocked back so not sure if this setup will work overall.

Krider + cull the weak + TNT!!! but haven't got my TNT yet... so sticking to my hexing in the mean time, still awesome

Cold dmg by design will always have lowest damage, but the best cc, I think the dev said it before some where.
I prefer that kind of playstyle compared to everyone doing the same skill and item build.

I stilll don't have krider. Hardly saw any bows yesterday. Just got marauder which was an Upgrade with sentry dmg and cdr! Gambling kadala for tri tnt now.... since got nothing else to gamble. Hopefully strike krider so can run cold utilitu with fire or phy for dps. I read the new leg gem which will allow single wield bows to hit 4.16BP!!!!! thats going to be massive if running calamity or nats slayer

but then again if your CC is above 50% with sentry you crit all the time anyway...

I havent find frostburn yet, after I do I think it will be much more control.

Bola has 50% chance to freeze can combo nicely with Rimeheart users too. 10% chance to deal 10000% dmg to frozen target.

Yay! I finally have 2 of 6 Marauder set. Legs and shoulders

1 from rift and the other my party dropped so i picked up lol. Both not that good but at least its something lol.
