Helltrapper - abit RNG on the drops, on long fights (dropped 6 sentries once) its good but not consistent for my taste. So, meh.
Calamity - don't have it yet so can't comment
Bombadier's - BiS for sentries build, so no brainer.

Would suggest use 2h xbow, sure increase dps from your sentries and pets.

Got an interesting tip from forum in particular to chest kadala gambling; if you are fire DH BiS would be cindercoat with sentries + 3 socks, you'll have higher chance to get it with a lvl 70 monk as it omits the cloak probability if DH rolls. But if you are after Mara chest, good luck! So far I got more batman cloaks and yet for Kadala to give me the chest piece ; the one I am wearing is random drop from a mob.

Impale and the what u call it "fast fire thingie - ratatattata" will be damn awesome against single targets but will shine with a buriza

Low torments - strafe with impale/ratatata will be godly fast
