hi, im 20 yrs old...height about 165~169 ( forgot rclxub.gif ) and weight 50kg.. my friends always ask me to increase my weight because they pity me when they see my body ( in college no aircond so everyone took off shirt because of the heat)

skinny arms , slim waist ( like amoi ) and can see chest bone.

recently my friend bought the GNC product, increase muscle stuff thingy and he suggest me to buy serious mass to increase my weight.

i seldom play sports, eat about 2x a day, pimples everywhere~

any recomendation on cheap, quality product for beginner? is optimum nutrition good? i live in KL, ampang.

You don't even have your diet right so what's the point of buying a supplement?

Start off by increasing your meals to AT LEAST 3 times a day. Count the calories you need and make sure you go over them. And do go to the gym and lift some weights because just eating like that will make you fat and in 3 months time, you'll be here asking how to lose weight and get nice six packs ==

For anything you don't understand, just google what I said or read the stickies above.

My suggestion is to just skip the supplement and just eat. A lot.

Eat well. Lift Heavy. Grow Big.

I managed to increase my weight from 87kg (form 5) to 100kg (end of diploma) in 3 years without any supplements. Just eat more food. MOAR and MOAR.

Obviously you can. Just don't make a mistake like I do once where I managed to get my weight to 100kg. And my little piece of advice, don't be too attached to the weight. Unless you involved in any sports that have weight class, then weight is important. Other than that, aim for a good muscular body. Maybe you want the beach body kinda a type, maybe you want a little bit ripped.

My lil bro at 172cm have a 75kg muscular body and that's an awesome body.

yeah. mirror is the best indicator to show whether your diet is ok or not. If you aim for weight loss/weight gain, you had to rely on weighing machine and not all the loss/gain is good (like your situation and mine). Just take it slow, make your gain as a good gain biggrin.gif
