once we send complaint to MCMC, they will give 7 working days to Maxis to get back to their customer and give a solution / fix / what ever, if you are still not happy with it, go back to MCMC again and say the given solution / fix not as advertised or promise or whatever. then they will review the case again.

based on last communication i had with their floor manager, Unlimited RM99 get 30GB, others still yet to decide. currently dealing with MCMC to unlock 30GB Unlimited RM99 to Unlimited.

I would need more feedback from users on https://www.facebook.com/maxis which will be review by MCMC.

ok let me put this way, what im after is to restore everything as how it was before 9-Jan-2013. In my complaint to MCMC i didn't stat what plan i was. so this works for everyone.

We need each and everyone of you to make complaint to SKMM.
Please also post some feedback on their facebook.
SKMM currently reviewing this case, if unlimited can be capped or not.

Not really, they dont have enough bandwidth to get LTE approved
So they have to capped Unlimited so LTE can be approve and sell

Nothing wrong offering unlimited , Streamyx have unlimited.

I know many of you out there had Maxis Unlimited which is currently capped at 3GB/5GB/30GB

Now if you are not happy with this , here is what you do.



1) Post some feedback / comment about this in their facebook.com/maxis

3) your info such as tel no , IC no , issue facing

4) keep your point simple and clear

-you subscrib to Unlimited and not 5GB/30GB capped plan

-you were not told or inform during registration that unlimited will change to capped plan

-maxis ads missleading - unlimited but no where to find say it will or was capped

-maxis failed to inform users before do capping, effected many users and business

-maxis helpdesk are not providing same information, some say capped for temproary, some say 3GB, some say 5GB

-maxis failed to provide quota checking system currently some users are still stated unlimited but speed very slow after 5GB/30GB

-make example of Unifi where they say in ads that there will be cappped but for now is unlimited, maxis never mention there will be capped -> this is wrong (sample on below link)

when customer calls and request to talk to manager, the manager need to answer and explain. if they are not around to answer your call, send complaint to SKMM. Call center cannot operate without manager. If you are not getting the correct explanation, ask to speak to their manager.
