Unlimited users RM99 does not have FUP, legacy users try check your registration form , there is no FUP apply.
go back to your maxis center where you got it register and ask your old registration form and read again.
if cant find it or lost it, sue them. all paper form registration need to keep for 10 years.
your have your right to check what you signup for.

If you had your maxis data registed before 24 Aug 2009 and paying RM99 then its legacy plan
Anything after that is subject to FUP
Before 24 Aug 2009, only Celcom have FUP , approved by SKMM others not yet
Maxis got it after 24 Aug 2009, they try to trick us by telling they had FUP since 2007
If Maxis had FUP since 2007 why when didn't enforce it ?
Maxis said we didn't enforce and let users use unlimited, do you think this is true ?
Blood sucking company like maxis will try to charge their customer in every way, no wonder their CEO is the richest man in Malaysia
Same like Streamyx, they never had limit but they got approve to block P2P
So they come out with Unifi which already had capped and they say it is not capped for now, will be capped soon
Maxis never had FUP before 24 Aug 2009 and they cant advertise subject to FUP
If you notice anything after 24 Aug 2009 from Maxis have FUP
Anything before that don't have FUP. FUP is been around since 1995.
At least this time they are fuking with wrong person.

This plan is know as Data plan, you cant make calls or receive call with this plan.
Event maxis cant do that, no payment when you register, give you free sim card
you need to get your own 3g device. if you try to make call to this number, it will say its barred.
and you can unbarred it.

If you look carefully, FUP only apply for Maxis Mobile Broadband - RM98 and not for
Value Added Data Plan (Unlimited) - RM99

latest update from SKMM. Maxis request 1 more week. Maxis was given 1 week at start but after 3 emails blast to SKMM, now Maxis ask for 1 more week to answer them all. Including one incident manager hangup on me.

As for now I'm not going to answer any PM related to Maxis. I know some Maxis rats are here and you listen carefully. You have 3 questions I raise and yet you're looking for an answer. It is since 13 January. I have 5 more in list. Telling me that you will capped mine at 30GB and others to 6GB not helping. In fact you just get yourself into another escalation. I'm asking for what I subscribe and paid, so are others. I'm not asking for special treatment.

Maxis is trying to say FUP since 2007, its for their Maxis Mobile Broadband and not for Maxis Data Plan. I think Maxis is confused now.

Yes, only for Mobile Broadband, they give you the 3G device back in that time and speed will be slow after 3GB / 5GB

Not for Data Plan. They trying to manipulate their statement.
What make you think they didnt do this earlier ? only tying to do now.
In fact they cant, so this data plan was stop after 24 Aug 2009, however who ever subscribe before that can still get unlimited.
So all the reply in facebook and forum, they trying to say they had this FUP since 2007 on all maxis mobile broadband, well i dont give a shit because i subscribe to maxis unlimited data plan and not maxis broadband.

for maxis data plan they only give you sim card

for maxis broadband they give you 3g device, the white color got maxis logo on it, they also had this animals skin on the device for promotion

if you login to maxis site, check if you had tick on Unlimited Data Pkg as mine, that thick will be gray-out , you cant enable or disable. this is the legacy plan.

Not cap ayam. its maxis mobile broadband, which maxis have apply FUP
This is the one maxis planing to first cap at 30GB then move to 6GB.

ok..so here are my wonder from the reply is...
1st, maxis got how many system to monitor our data usage..

2nd, if they only got only 1 system to monitor our usage, and now the system is inconsistent after update on 9 jan 2013, how they make sure the counter of our data usage are correct and they capped us for over quota.

3rd, if they got more than 1 system to monitor our data usage, why cant they check through the system that is consistent n correct when v call to customer service? or just simply they try to hide something that suppose customer hv the right to know how much quota we have n how much quota left....
