Not sure if this has anything to do with the call back promise by Maxis personal to me today.
I was told to give till Friday on Wednesday call for confirmation.
I just hope they revert back everything to how it was before, if they call me later and say we still going to comply with FUP and bla bla shit, I'm going to FK them up side down, so far it took about 3 weeks to answer my 1 question, i told them i have 5 more in list. Plus i have also been talking to SKMM personal, was told i have solid case. However we still need final Maxis confirmation. I have outstation on 24th Feb and my billing cycle on 28th, cant make it if no internet.

What i experience before, once reach 30GB, the speed drop immediately. Like 1 minute ago speed test at 10mbps, the next minute 0.03mbps.

Guys...... let put title a side. I have been here since 2003 and love the way it is. I was away on weekends and just now notice this.

I received my call from Maxis as promised however they have not decided what will happen.
I asked about if i use more than 30gb and connection get slower, Maxis allows me to top up as much i want and they will absorbed the cost. As for now both my unlimited and 68biz are used more than 80gb and speed maintained the same as before.
I also get call from BPA on my complain status, i told them that Maxis still have not decided which makes my case open on both sides.
BPA to follow up next week. Maxis to update me again on Monday.

I know im not alone in this, keep your feedback coming in facebook.com/maxis


Thanks for everyone involved in this, we shall get updates on this soon. If im not hearing answer as expected, ill take this matter further.

Im sure 100% its for legacy Unlimited Data Plan, cant confirm for others.
But i guess if Unlimited mean Unlimited, should not have any capped - this was my case with Maxis.

Guys as mention before, im not 100% status of Biz68 and Biz99
What i'm really sure is those who paying RM99 (Legacy data plan - not offered after 24 Aug 09), your bill will be RM104.95 (inc gov tax), will be Unlimited, no capping
I my self have both, Biz68 and Unlimited Data Plan, i hope both will be as how it was before.

I don't think they can cap again in the future. If they can in the future, why not do it now ?
Why must wait till future then cap ? As long you don't cancel , they have to support as what you subscribe.

Based on my understand they cant cap Legacy plan - this one I'm sure.
Will go for lawsuit if they cap, for Biz68 and Biz99 they have paper work for it, i cant argue much.

As for now you don't have to worry, i 100% certain you are not capped and will get full speed, at least for now.
Till Maxis do something stupid like what happen, but im sure this time they will be more careful.
Again i wont go easy if they use any word such cap or using "FUP" (fuk up plan) on Unlimited plan.
Hope lesson learn and move on, downloaded more than 90GB on both my Legacy and Biz86 - so far speed still good.
Tested in 2 area i normally use, in fact speed get better now. Used to get 2mbps in location A, now getting 4mbps, while 12mbps in location B and now around 14mbps - 17mbps.

They will always say will be cap soon, but as long they don't have, enjoy using it, don't get bugged or worry something they say will happen soon.

Capping has been lifted for everyone, it has been restored to how it was before.
Regardless you are on Biz68,Biz99 or Legacy Unlimited Data plan - no more CAPPING as for now.

I would totally agree on this. One of the reason for capping is due to network overload, plus Maxis need to release LTE as plan.

So be smart and hope you don't get everyone else into trouble again, you have no idea how many phone call i made, email sent and person i consult for this. I seek 2 lawyers advice for this and lawyers fee don't come free.

Im sure Maxis will work they way around to cap all users, but till then we use and download as normal. When the time come, we fight again. I have documented all the recording, emails, followup, phone conversations, links, screenshots safely. Uploaded them to few online storage and will need to use again when the time come.

frankly legacy plan have solid proof and as advice by lawyer, maxis cant downgrade

"that’s unacceptable and false advertising"

suppose to get email yesterday, but then the person claim "got computer issue" and unable to send email
my guessing is they are trying to describe the best way to pun in email so that they can do this in the future.
