Anyone who hasn't receive the letter, you can go to their One Stop Centre in Symphony Hills to get a copy of the letter. Btw, VP date is 15th December 2016.

I just went to their office this morning to get a copy of the letter, made payment online, and schedule the appointment to take the keys. So far, appointment is full until next Tursday.

Any pics to show? Curious how it bevomes. Supposed to be very greenery based on info from SA last time.

Just collected the keys - finishings were ok, but first impression not impressed with the consultant or the so called one stop centre. The consultant was not familiar with the directions to bring us to see the facilities. Keys and access card only handed to us after the viewing. Did not bring along for us to test.

Facilities completed but not fully functional, eg the swimming pool still installing the lighting, multi purpose hall not ready, so is the jacuzzi at the landscape area.
Don't like that the developer never disclose that the electricity meter hasn't been installed for individual units. Only found out when I went to inspect the house thoroughly after key handover. So can't test air-conditioning etc. Smart home system has not been provided, will need to contact the supplier/ contractor for configuration and setup and they will provide the smart device/telephone . Best advice is to install the necessary lightings so that the smart home system contractor can do the necessary setup one shot. Only one free visit from the contractor. Subsequent visits are chargeable. Got iPad Air 16gb to control the smart home system and also all the manuals installed in the iPad

Paid all charges online and have made appointment to collect keys next Thursday. Will take note and find out when electricity meter will be installed, and when facilities can be functional. Eventually, a group should be formed, FB or others, to consolidate ideas and have the VP date revised through negotiations with facts.

If all goes well, I may want to stay here and rent out my existing place in Cheras. This will be so much closer to my office near Bukit Puchong, especially once the collapsed flyover reopens. Plus point would be toll free back roads in these challenging times

surprisingly looks to me that most buyers here are mostly newbies and afraid to take serious matter to challenge with developer.
