I think completion is this year, not end of next year.

Don't wait for forumer to give you advise on such big decision. You know the risk already, so no one can guarantee u a good rental return.

I think the 2 bedrooms are the most teribble layout.. 900++sf but if you look at the showroom, it's like very tiny space.. space are not fully utilize.. so making its the worst layout, you don't even know where to put the dining table.. kitchen share with living, so ur sofas are backing the kitchen... Unless you build your own partition to separate kitchen and living.. same also goes to 1 bedroom.. the only nice one are 3+1bedroom, but it's too expensive..

So overall, there is space limited to be a normal house.. unless you do a major renovation..

Thanks for your response, Cabinda. I think I can imagine what u mean, maybe Serin's layout is even better in that case.. Now really dunno whether it's even worth buying for own stay.. Mayb if the price go down somemore or more attractive package offering soon.. then can reconsider..

The concept, landscape, environment, everything are perfect accept the layout.. if the layout are better, it would be better sales.. I think Verdi poor sales need to blame on the layout.. for own stay if you don't have mind abt expensive, I think 3+1 bedroom are the best layout and of coz the best for own stay also.. but if considering selling out in future will be a little tough.. sorry I don't remember it's 3+1Bedroom or 4+1 bedroom..

Overall I like it, just the layout put me down..

Yes, even if it's for own stay, we should always have back-up plan, if difficult to sell in the future, that's another negative point to hold back the buying decision.

What other condo in Cyber do u think is favorable for own stay in terms of reasonable pricing & quality?

Bigger scale condo development like Verdi, I would say isle of kamares..

Smaller scale, Cristal, Serin, MBTL, Garden view,

Lower end scale, ceria, lake point, lakefront,

Other that this all are Soho not condo.. or some call them residential instead of soho..

I think u are listing all the available condos in Cyberjaya instead of stating your preferences and recommendation.. smile.gif
Anyway, thx for your inputs, I'll do more research and carefully weigh all the Pros & Cons before making the decision, especially in the tough time like this.

Thanks for the link, totally agree that Type B is more or less same like Type A with the kitchen beside the living room as most of the studio layout do, which is a big No No for a family who cook heavily..

Haha! I don't know about others but I want to avoid mosquitoes and premise & landscape maintenance job.
And I personally love bird view more!
