pricing is off...too confident but cyber now many other competitor better value for money...better look at serin subsale or cristal unit...
if things doesnt change verdi SH will become another 'Gardenview residence'.... dah complete oso many vacant unit available for sale direct by developer  |

Overall pretty impressive. If buying for own stay and work in cyber with limited budget, get the 2 bedrooms at 998sq ft. They are opening the 2nd tower for sale at rm690k before rebate. The landed is pretty ex and I must admit, this is so far the best condo in cyber. Of course not counting mirage by the lake but somehow, sunrise had more experience in maintaining it well.
