I installed the OEM head unit with new chipset bought from Kenny Lim for a month, I do not see Kenny put in much information on the device in his Lowyat WTS forum. Thus, I enclosed here with some point of my personal findings and device specification for your reference.

RM1450.00 for the HU, there was the price stated in Kenny's forum (WTS Accessories). I do not have good bargain skill (so you know what price I paid blush.gif ), you may try to negotiate with him if you looking for one rolleyes.gif .

I agree with you... I'm trying BHP just for suka2... The FC is slightly high than my PETRONAS & Shell combination... But maybe too early to tell since this is only my first tank... Going to try it for another week and report back...

Some ppl will said if you left certain amount fuel and you go try other brand fuel and kasi them 'mix up'...somehow their little different secret between the brand will create 'magic' where drive will feel 'better' pickup or top end....

down side is your will NEVER get CONSISTANT FC...

If u learn how to control your right leg and constantly look at the instant FC monitor to learn throttle control, for sure your FC can be pretty decent except during traffic jam..but even during traffic jam also wont be too bad if u learn to control when u accelerate during stop-go-traffic.

below is the feedback from kia if we change rims to 18inch

As advised by warranty department, they are not advising you to change the k5 rims to your forte vehicle tyre. This is due to tyre might be defect cos the size of rims not same as forte. For more details you may approach any Naza Kia Malaysia service branch is nearest to you.

Yup... My FC is improving way better than before... But still consider a heavy footer... Especially when going through an empty or less busy highway... Hehehehehe....

Maybe to them 18" is too big & risky for our Forte... But 18" rim does look nice though...

Basic to basic....regardless what cc, what rim size, etc....its the TECHNIQUE of controlling the throttle...(controlling your right leg) - especially for those come form manually background....and throttle responsiveness between old gen auto (cable driven) and now (wire driven is NOT longer the same)

I heard the SC said said the bearing is not built to handle 18" tyre. That's why it will void warranty.
