QUOTE(Ah_Bear @ Jan 17 2013, 10:29 PM) Great.. Setapak SC needs to learn alot on their cars.. got Customer Service & Relationship Dept MD from KOREA coming to Setapak SC to teach them how am not too sure what happened to your car in detail...as i believe interaction is 2 way communication....so far found their customer delight, or perhaps you spoken to the wrong person in there to resolve your issue....hehehe...tonality, choice of word to respond to customers appropriately so they'll be happy and feel confident with KIA brand ? Jangan² nanti touch wood smth else happen on my car ask them to inspect and fix at their soonest possible.. macam² putar belit alasan dia bagi.. not serious at their work.. not serious on treating customers to give them rest assured impression.. |

QUOTE(theringbearer74 @ Jan 18 2013, 03:54 PM) not met them. just saw them from the waiting room. Wow...what actually the problem you send in ? U waited 3 hrs in SC ?too many cars for the clinic. suppose sent there 10am but the korean guys have a wrap-up meeting that morning. change to afternoon.. sending my car at 2.00 pm. can see my car still park outside until 5.24pm they bring it inside.. but no one even not the korean engineer checking my car until 5.42pm. after 20 min checking... they conclude this is the first time happened. need to order from korea if no stock. they said its the 'coupling' problem.. not sure what coupling he meant.. but, i filled up the 'form of service satisfaction'. put some suggestion for them to improve their service and experdite the process. no need for me to wait 4 1/2 hours just to get the answer "no stock, need to order, will call back later". |

Confirmed with SC edi I noticed tht there's a red reflector on bottom of both front doors, when i open the doors. Just noticed it after i week driving.. Kekeke.. My question is whether it's just a reflector or supposed to be a lamp lighting up when we open the door ya? |

QUOTE(ohde @ Jan 18 2013, 10:20 PM) hey guys, want to ask some questions. 1. Install 2 way alarm, price is vary depend on brand and features1) my car is 5 months old, what do u guys think is it necessary to install Locktech? any other option available to add-in security? 2) Has anyone change to K&N air filter together with Iridium spark plug? How is the performance and FC? Mine is only using K&N filter with firestorm booster, i heard that K&N must work with Iridium plug to get better FC. how true is it? 3) Any recommendation for leather seat? i saw full leather include the door panel cost RM2250. 4) Crank pully RM350. is it a good mod? the only concern is warranty. what do u think? Thanks. 2. Any washable air filter the FIRST impression given to the ENGINE / Driver upon installation is 'WOW, air flow is better and car pickup is better, psychologically you will feel FC is better first few few tank BUT nowadays modern car's ECU is smart enough where you can't CHEAT (Nor overwrite) its factory fuel mapping, only thing is a TRUE standalone ECU. 3. Yes any big or famous cushion factory will charge a set of leather seat cover + installation from RM1.8K upto RM4.5K depend type of leather you needed. 4. If you are referring to Mythelogy lightened crank pulley , yes it will give you better PICKUP but since your car is auto, after 2nd 3rd gear you won't feel much different. Yes warranty will be void. |

QUOTE(kienwen @ Jan 18 2013, 11:49 PM) potent booster is just another one of those aftermarket throttle controller.. the only difference between this potent booster and those existing throttle controller is that it does not connect thru obd2..am not sure how its wired..so u can ask those who are selling with respect how its installed... as for how it works..depending if you are setting it on eco or sports mode...eco mode.. it will retard the % of your throttle opening.. whereas for sports mode it will increase the % of the throttle opening...just like that..bear in mind it does not increase hp or anything..it just quicken or slows down the throttle opening ni... Remember this. NO replacement for displacement. All gadget you going to spent to $$ which end up with FEW Ks can't be the change of your piston size (displacement). If you really wanna more power, go for standalone ECU but you can also forget about warranty anymore.firestore is one of those ignition booster sort of device, safe that it is wired thru the fuse box for the ignition instead of direct wiring to the ignition coil..like those sun auto xpower or denuo...like the name suggest its just ignition booster..makes the spark more and hence more complete combustion and hence more power delivery... price wise i tink potent booster goes for about 700+ or so..for other existing throttle controller, so far i know redline has one that is compatible for forte..that one goes for around 400+ i tink.. firestorm i tink is abt 200+ onwards or sth like tat? aside from that i tink the alternative will be denup..but tat cost alot more..looking at 1.5k like tat... enjoy ur mod...of coz if u wish to forego ur warranty... |
