I think 80-100sf just nice. Selling at < 2k psf in cbd prima area. Come with 5 star facilities

80-100 sf ?
It can only be nice if it goes along the line like this almost 110 sf all tucked in compact space in Japan

But it is really a bit claustrophobic

I have been staying and working in Singapore for 5 years. Trust me, Singaporeans are used to living in cramped space.

MRTs are stuffed with people
Buses are stuffed with people
Shopping malls are stuffed with people

Heck at times I can even hear my neighbors making babies when I walk pass their units sweat.gif

"If price of property reaches RM5,000 psf, would you stay in a 400 sqft house/apartment?"
=> The answer is still NO (57%) more than Yes (43%) ..

exactly, looking at even other options like why not converting some prewar buildings into apartments....in KL many are converted into backpack hostel instead e.g.

http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=...6583&sec=nation

But why not small shoe size apartments (ok may be not must be in city centre) BUT OTHER SUBURB PREWAR BUILDINGS too?
