RM90+ for yoobao 13000mAh is too good to be true price. The original distributor for yoobao in Malaysia is by MobileDotCom. If the yoobao package dun have that sticker, there is a chance that is is fake ad. But now i think got fake MobileDotCom stickers also a?

And u said 1 month still no replacement? Did you follow up with him? Maybe too busy and forgotten? So many stocks, i think he able to replace one on the spot.. if he wanted to.. Just do a courtesy reminder if he haven't replace.. sometimes, they might overlook your claim... not purposely ..

Every week i pm and asking the status of powerbank and he said that the Yoobao very slow in giving the replacement unit. So i asked why dont him give me the current stock that he have, he said replacement from China is without box, So if him give me the unit then who will buy the one without box from him..

That's why we always advise buy from Authorised Reseller in Malaysia. At least no need to wait till neck long for claim.A lot of seller will tell u very fast claim, or use their own stocks to replace, but when shit happens.. different stories laio.I personally also dunno kena few times.. end up i also lazy follow up. take it as a lesson only..
