Every week i pm and asking the status of powerbank and he said that the Yoobao very slow in giving the replacement unit. So i asked why dont him give me the current stock that he have, he said replacement from China is without box, So if him give me the unit then who will buy the one without box from him..  doh.gif
*
sad to hear that sweat.gif

even we deal directly with Yoobao China last time, the replacement come with full set in box, just like new packing. the replacement is 1-to-1.

Yoobao China already stop supply directly to Malaysia seller years ago.
Yoobao China manufacturer only direct supply to MDC (Mobile Dot Com) and Mobilogi (Wewa Enterprise).

other AP seller only able to import from 3rd party source in China, customer never get premium service in such case.

My advise is purchase local set with local warranty, even if local reseller disappear, customer still able to claim warranty with MDC directly.

Just like buying Samsung SME set from any seller, you can go to claim warranty or service by walk-in to samsung center smile.gif

Guys. I have issue with the Yoobao 665 powerbank. I bought it recently and attempt to charge it with my universal adapter. It seems like the head of the charger is kinda loose with the universal adapter. Is it normal? Cause I did try on another Universal charger and it had the same issue. And in order to have it charge properly, I have to twisted the charger around in order to get electricity. And sometime I do experience electricity shock. I have verified this through website that this is genuine. Any sifu can help? Thanks!!

mind to explain which is "universal adapter" and which is "charger"?

have u tried using different cable?

did u try to use your handphone charger/adaptor to charge the Powerbank?

Previously using I'm not sure whats the brand, but now I'm using Pineng 16k. I really satisfied with this power bank. Sometimes I'm using this power bank to charge my gopro while I'm travelling. Its impressive. Recommended.

Wow 30k? Wonder how long it'd take to charge up the device itself.

Actually it depends what medium was use to charge the PowerBank. If you say is those China Brand stated 5V/1A input for 50k capacity, i do a rough calculation it need 50-60 hours to charge it full if happen it really have 50k real capacity. Personally i don't dare to charge a device for 2.5 days.

Promo abit, our Anker Pro 2 20000mAh is using 15-19V/ 1.3A AC, it only take ~5 hours to full charge it.

Looking at All IT, the biggest capacity they offer is Yoobao 20K, cost about RM299. If really there nothing that exceed 20k that is reliable i might go for this one.

30K? I don't think there is a 30K that don't cost a bomb.. but of cos if u are planning to get from those fake/imitation/oem units..then will be cheap cheap la. even 50K also less than RM200.. but only if u can even get half of the claim capacity..

I feel the Pineng Powerbank is really good. The original one. After your phone has been fully charged, it will Auto-cut the power and therefore it wont spoil u're phone. I just got mine and i feel its good. Just my opinion.

Yup, those cheated capacity can simply bluff 30k or even 50k mAh sweat.gif
Price is cheap but the quality also worst.

if the capacity is half still nothing harm just wasting money, but safety is an issue shakehead.gif

my customer who bought fake Yoobao caused his Htc One X screen darken, end up the mainboard got issue.
Htc service center quoted him RM8xx to replace the board !

Never ever bought fake/cheapo/copy/replice/Ap set !

ya.. but a lot bought them cos seller tell them is good.. and those branded one simply kena markup margin. Customer ask will leave residue? U know the answer.. no la.. this one very good one.. (quoted from few of my customers on their cap ayam that cost around RM40. Cheap? and a brand selling at RM59, a well known brand from HK but also... )

got some proof.. but will post in accessories thread instead since this is for power bank.. go there see ya..

screen protector and general accessories like casing still okay to use cheapo and cap ayam, although the quality cannot fight with branded one.

but electrical/electronic product must go for genuine product for safety purpose smile.gif
this is much more important tongue.gif
