single large fracture. so this means pressure was applied at some point along that fracture line. I'm guessing your thumb/finger was somewhere along that line.
anyway iinm gorilla glass should not crack this way. you could have gotten a unit with a bad screen, but tough luck getting warranty replacement.

the screen should be able to withstand the pressure as i was holding the bumper instead of the screen itself... rclxub.gif never thought it would be like that cry.gif

After 1 day using, seems that screen consume the most power.

if screen consume the most power, using any custom ROM will not save much of the battery if the phone is always under heavy usage (screen on). right?

Screen on indicate how long and frequent you have been using the phone actively.
How many hours screen time you saw there

The screen crack like that, i think can explain to them to claim warranty. it does not look like accidentally drop or hit something to make it crack like that. Tell Samsung fella LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN .. biggrin.gif

Try it.
Look around you when you are in the service center. i think i saw it before that they stick a notice saying that no warranty for the screen crack.
Good luck

See... Note 2 has a thin bezel, can cause a crack like how wex99 did. I wonder how is the note 3 design as rumor say no bezel or very very thin bezel to get the screen bigger as 6.3'
