If you update using OTA or PC ODIN the new bootloader will be installed but if you flash it with Mobile Odin the new bootloder will not get install.
*
I'm wondering...even though you have used MOP, would flashing the rom (u used the full tar file rite) have also by default flashed in the bootloader as well? Unless you remove the bootloader.img from the tar ?

That means flashing the latest deodex pre-rooted LL7 firmware will also include the latest bootloader hmm.gif
what happens if you do not reset the flash counter? assuming that you do not need to visit the service center la
*
Rooted deodexed is flashable from PC Odin, should not raise the counter.

dll7 regardless any country all comes with new bootloader. nothing happens if you not reset bin counter. just void your warranty, that's all.
*
biggrin.gif I'm on 4.1.2 December release DLL4, so will monitor outcome of this affair. Only key difference is a Samsung fix of the exynos bug in DLL7 (and of course the further-locked-down bootloader). I can live with exynosabuse toggle for the time being.

FYI I downloaded the stock deodexed rooted DLL7
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1915386

The new bootloader is there as well in the tar, it is comprised of these 2 files.
sboot.bin
tz.img

I suppose removing them from the tar while flashing should be beneficial.

I dont think simply flashing an older ROM will downgrade the bootloader, u will need this tool to do so

Listen, listen, listen....you are bordering on being lewd in your display of language ramifications.  whistling.gif

The standard of education has deteriorated so much that a degree holder who took on an O-level student is now being vilified to no ends because she thinks she is better but alas! And you expect some of the forummers to have attained your vocabulary prowess? Respect the elders please. And you think we have problems? The animals have worse problems.

Meant to mock you know who and not you of course so spare your inner thoughts please lest I be snatched of this right to write much like Bawani was snatched of the mic to speak.  icon_rolleyes.gif

waitaminutethere

you lanyard your otterbox to your s-pen
is it to prevent loss of your spen? or you may have some leverage just in case your phone drops?
*
S-pen cutout and speaker cutout.

To have it looped around my wrist while taking shots or for some added security while holding the large bulky device to my face.

Note: I see quite a lot of people using their phones while they are leaning over stairway handrails. A little shove is all it takes for an adhoc droptest to happen.

What is your screen on time ? seems that you are having a serious battery drain.
*
Even without seeing his SOT, it looks like his CPU is >600MHz for much of the time. Something is triggering that.

Some whistling.gif app ?

remonx don't be naughty. Show the screen from BBS that says "Other" and all the relevant stats are shown.

BTW, about the 127 number:

1 2 4 8 16 32 64 128

This is how computers count. 128 less 1 to determine you're +ve or -ve, so if you're >127 means the counter has flipped...so bye bye counter.

But when i in idle mode seems like it drains me much battery. i think there is some serious apps in wakelock. But how to check the wakelock that drains battery? example what is ls_hsic and son on..
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

You said you were playing games the whole time and your CPU usage shows a lot of time >600MHz, and your KWL screen only shows a max of 24mins of power manager. Even if you totaled all your wakelocks on this screen, it's less than 1hr.

What is there to complain?

Your usage graph is showing a nice constant decline. If it had a sudden flex with a steep drop and flexed back to a shallower curve, that steep drop should be your problem. You don't have any.

Used to be a diehard iPhone fan since 07. Switched to android in 11 and I love it.
The difference between android and iOS: iOS is like living in a nice hotel. You don't have a lot of choice but it looks nice and easy to use.
Android is like buying your own home. Buy an really nice home (android device) and you will probably love it. You can change and customize it however you want. It's yours! You can also buy cheap.

-------------
http://www.androidpit.com/jailbreak-android

Easiest Explanation EVER To Explain Root Vs Jailbreak

Think of it like the Matrix: iOS Jailbreaking is comparable to what Morpheus could do. He could bend the rules of the system to overcome certain restrictions, but was still bound to its rules. Rooting is what Neo could do. Not only could he bend the rules, he could completely break them.

===========================
Rooting gives you the keys to the kingdom, to remodel your own home as you please.
