haha bro, wish you'll get your Nexus 4 as soon as possible too. with all the poison and advert here on forum. Both left and right, you wouldn't resist! brows.gif
normally i'd just slap on a new cover when my phone's new and shiny, then take it out once in a while and go, OMG it's so pretty. but then after some time i'd just wouldn't care too much, cause cases just take up too much space, and some are quite bulky.

*
sometimes yeah, but mostly wont. you'll find it less in your way than you'd think.

I agree with you. I have a tablet and once I get rid of the SP, I never look back. Naked glass is awesome.

BTW gonna get a nexus 4 in the coming week! Is there real thin cases (not bumper) selling here?
*
there's thin cases selling here in lowyat, think so laugh.gif search for rearth's slim cases. but anyhow naked glasses are really awesome, esp when you have gorilla glass. i once heard a youtuber made a review about the N4, and he mentioned how BUTTERY even the glass feels without SP, goddamn but well, I've still have to wait for the time i'd peel of the SP. most probably when it already has many scratches.

btw, going to digi centre tomorrow to cancel my subscription from my postpaid plan and switching to umobile's U28. been using digi for soooo long, since i was in form2 or 3. well time for digi to bite the dust and switch to the smarter choice! thumbup.gif

just went to DiGi to switch plans. for those who are craving for a new Nexus 4, seremban digi centre still has stocks available today, just went and asked the employees there. apparently it wasn't selling like hot cakes in seremban as i thought it would. but feel free to drop by to grab yours, they have a demo set there as well, but hid it wayyyyyyy back from all the display sets available there.

and when the employee asked what phone i'm was using, cause she need to give me a new sim card, i said Nexus and she was like shocking.gif 'ohhh, Nexus ke..' , and apparently they don't have extra sim removal tool for the Nexus 4, as the pin size was different from the ip's. Cheers guys!

yea mine too.. quite weird.. can we peel it off?
*
yes you may, the sticker just states your IMEI no, which you can find in your phone itself. but just for in case's sake just keep it in the box after you'd peel it off.

see OP. most of us that got our unit from Hotspot are using sgp crystal. i got mine from DiGi times square, went straight to Hotspot and bought the SP there. they did the installation for me
*
but it's quite pricey. mind explaining to me why does it cost so much, i meant than other than the brand SGP. i've got mine as well but don't really see the perks the SP offers, other than quite oily (in other words buttery) and 'smudge resistant'. but then, i may have been taking all the perks for granted. but really, do explain will ya? sweat.gif

1 game only takes 400-500mb mah....if u install 2, only around 1GB.  no big deal, u still have 13gb left.  if u don't like the game, just uninstall it lah.  my DHD only uses 16gb sdcard, for 2 years + still hasn't use all the space yet.
*
yo bro NFS most wanted takes up 2.0+ GB. The graphic's amazing, you wouldn't know how much space you'd really need until you've tried out all the amazing games.

actually other than the battery issue (which can be resolved by a software update), the only downside i'm facing with N4 right now is that i can't tell the orientation of the phone, which is like i can't say which side is the top, very esp after watching videos in landscape mode and such. but other than that, it's a very very awesome piece of beauty.

I am using custom ROM, found the settings but the emojis can be only used in messaging app? Can't copy out either... I saw people posted in forums and twitter but I can't seem to do it.

try this out bro, see if this works for you. the interface's kinda iphone-ish, don't really like it. prefer the holo style of android's thumbup.gif

actually, not only nexus 4, but any nexus model regardless what manufacturer doh.gif

general people go for brand first then model,
*
+1. when my friends got to know that i was changing a new phone, they went straight and ask, Samsung, No? Sony, No? APPLE, NO? eh what's left for you to buy? doh.gif
most people still don't really get the android ecosystem, all thanks to manufacturers for skinning their phone's OS, making so many people still thinking that it all runs on different OS, darn. shakehead.gif
