Santos is so crappy that f we don't get a left back while Gibbs injured we will be doomed.

After scoring two goals, we had so many chances to lead bu Giroud couldn't connect with Cazorla's and Podolski's crosses. There are occasions when Podolski could shoot instead of crossing, wonder why he didn't take the shot.

Our fullbacks were terrible with both goals conceded due to their mistakes. Sagna oh Sagna, what happened to you? I bet we would have conceded more if not for Liverpool's park the bus strategy and Sagna didn't have to defend much after that. He was slow, clumsy and misplace his passes all the time and his crosses were awful. Then we have Santos whose horrifying defending is beyond words.

The only positive from this game is we passed our ball to the front in the midfield like no man's land and Walcott again showing his much improved finishing.

He has been shit ever since he came. I have watched every game he played thus far and I still remember well that the fans here hailed him when he scored against Chelsea and initiated our comebacks. He had a very good attacking display in that game but was awful with his defending and thus I had reservations about his capability and he turns out to be a chaos now.

Liverpool had the better game until they scored, then we went on to attack them for 20 minutes or so. After that, it was a mix of nervy defending and good attacking but all shots were well blocked by Reina. When second half started, we continued our attacking but Liverpool hit us on the break when our back 4 either played like crap, slipped or misplaced passes that caused us danger. Suddenly, there's a foul on Walcott and Podolski delivered a good ball into the box where Giroud scored. We attacked again and Walcott scored with a fizzing finish then Liverpool just continue to park the bus until the end and hit us on the break occasionally.

That player seems overrated. We really need to find some way to strengthen our defense now, Yang Mbiwa was available but I wonder why he wasn't signed, French, experienced and good player.

I guess we need fullbacks instead of centrebacks. Anyway, today's the deadline day, let's see if anything happens at all.
