Anyone has the specs? the RM per sq ft must be super high.

From the outlook, or it just me, it does look "weird" of the design (like sparrow house), there are no many windows, narrow in between houses, 10ft?

I feel it is nice name! Remove ham from the name will make it even better ...

you can literally jump from a house to another (from third floor or ground floor)... If 4mil >, I deserve more space and privacy!

Few unit facing the highway(Those that still available)
Costly maintence fees-RM600 per month.
Very very expansive

Because of the last reason, i might as well get a similar size in Desa park city.
