Just view the show unit just now.
Pros: Strategic location Nice Design Ample size Good building material Beautiful township Full Faci-clubhouse Cons: Space not utilized (House design) Few unit facing the highway(Those that still available) Costly maintence fees-RM600 per month. Very very expansive Because of the last reason, i might as well get a similar size in Desa park city.  |
