What we needed the most at the moment is a lock, we have none level 90 lock active, secondary would be hunter and mage, so if you have any of those would be good for progression =)

No melee require atm, we have too much plate wearer now..need more range casters =)

@ Arwenz - How do you see things? Your UI is so cluttered.

cluttered? lol I thought my UI is one of the most basic UI, because I only move my raid frame to the middle so that I can easier click on the healthbar for who to heal, and I only use these few add-ons: decursive, gladiator, gladiatorSA and battleground target =)

Hey guys, recently moved to Malaysia from Sweden and want to start playing wow again I'm just wondering, I tried out the server and I have 250+ ping :S do you guys use tunnels or something? I've never played with more then 50 ms before and how the heck do you play rated arena with this ?

Clutter doesn't mean using basic... what I mean is so much of real estate on your screen is covered that you might not have a clear view of your surroundings.

Thau is more quiet nowadays, definitely losing to other realms like Jubei or even Saurfang. I waited for you until my neck grown longer than a giraffe.

Now just casually raiding whatever the guild is able to... not so progression oriented anymore. If can down boss, down lor. If not, just chill.

The best M'sians will ever get to US realms is about 195ms, tunnel or without. There's no possible ways to get any lower to US. That's one of the reasons I never considered playing PvP, among others.

If M'sians can get single digit pings like some of my US guildies, we'd be able to fight for world firsts, no kidding.

Lol world first...considering getting 1800 is a blessing already =)

Ohhh I didn't mean about pvp... in pve we stand a chance if we have the pings.

There are alot of aussies that make noise in the forum to ask blizz transfer oceanic server to oceanic country, I believe we are not the only one that have high ping and disconnection issue. I have seen some mat salleh also complain lag disconnect etc during pug.

just to update this thread a lil.

a few malaysians from lyn joined Actus Reus recently and the guild is slowly expanding.

it will be ideal if another few more could join/reroll/transfer to Gundrak (H) and join the guild and expand the malaysian community in the server. Those who are interested, pls pm Arwenz or myself.

we will be looking forward and prepare for the new patch, 5.2.

12 hours maintenance

I just hit iLVL 460 on my surv hunter and have been to mogu raid.

Questions ...

1) me only receive gold raids after raids. What should I do for better luck ?
2) been to most of the heroics for 463 gears ( later to be update with 471 ) but never see a purple drop, should I just concentrate scenarios then ?

I believe you went for LFR Mogushan rite? Since Panda expansion, they change the loot drop system in LFR.

Use Elder of Good Charm might help you to get another chance to obtain gears.

As tank, I usually queue for RDF whenever there are satchel (extra award) to tank. From what I can say, purple drop totally low/very low rate from RDF. I found only 1 purple after countless RDF run.

Another day of long maintenance. *sigh*, I wanna play so badly...

pirateking, dont worry. 5.2 will be launching in march. Season 12 arena will end in 5/3/13 and normally new patch will launch 1-2 weeks after arena season ends.

meanwhile we trying to get everyone to lvl 90 before 5.2. once 5.2 hits, we can get the ball rolling.
