16th January is my new billing period, but I have yet to receive any sort of payment info like bill or what from Digi for the December bill.. My bf also.. And he asked the Digi Centre peeps, they said first month's bill is free. hmm.gif i wonder if they mean first billing period is free (as in the alang alang one) or what? First time postpaid user here.. Scared about being in debt to Digi i want to pay my bill ASAP

Hi, currently on i88, i can get this smart family sup line?
http://www.digi.com.my/postpaid/dgfamily.do
previously DGfamily 30 is included voice commitment, how about this smart family now.
if any voice call charge above the 28, then its not worth to get it already.

depends on which one you choose.
got internet quota de no free talktime.
the other one is 100 minutes and 100 sms to other network, no internet.
that day when i apply for iDiGi the digi guy say the rm30 package still available.

Thanks for reply,
The free internet attracted me. But my main concern is the monthly comitment of rm28 is only internet, and any usage will charge above this 28?
Btw, according their website the old dg30 discontinued.

for the internet package, calling and sms will got extra charges. the rm28 is only for the 600MB internet smile.gif
if i'm not mistaken 15cents/minute call and 10cents/sms. got 6 FnF for digi lines though.
not really sure about the rm30 one but that day when i apply supplementary lines for my parents that guy say still can go for that plan hmm.gif

Your bill will be prorated. They'll only count towards how many days left until the date of bill cycle.

Although you can do some calculation by your own self, make sure you call them and ask how much minutes and sms you're suppose to have. Since your minutes and SMS are also prorated by them being divided by days of joining until next bill date, you may want to avoid it being overuse.
