Just bought an iphone from Digi last month. The line is terrible and the speed is no where near my previous telco Umobile. Speed test dont even exceed 0.4mbps at PJ area. Whatsapp also always disconnects. Anyone faces this issues? And ive called and double check that my quota is still left with close to 2 gb
*
The speed u mentioned is 3g or 4g?
my area old Klang road can reach 9Mbps for 3g and 40mbPS for 4g.

I think more Digi users at ur area compare to um.. ...

Guys, I went to Digi Service Centre today to change my simcard to LTE simcard. The guy asked me if I'm using iPhone 5. I said yes. Then he said don't bother changing coz Digi simcards doesn't support LTE on iPhone 5. Is it true?

Digi deploy 2600MHz at klangvalley while
Deploying 1800MHz at outside Klang valley...
but not sure whether 2600MHz also will b deployed at okv or no

No matter it states 3G or LTE it caps between 0.3 to 0.4 Mbps most of the time. However sometimes it was dam fast where it reaches 62mbps on speed test. So unstable.

Can let us know ur location? Willing to do some speedtest/downloading at ur area.... tongue.gif

1) customer service (which i nvr go this step)
2) Ask other digi user trying at ur affected location, see if the speed is same or no
3) MNP.....

Thanks👍

So, when prepaid cust will get benefit of 4g?
*
Believe it or no...
I have 2 Digi prepaid numbers and both are able to attach to LTE...

One easy prepaid, another one 1DG MNP...

Digi won't annouce the LTE is available for prepaid due to the traffic spikes when Digi allow prepaid users attached to their LTE on 21 Jan 2015...

I just subscribe to i78 plan for less than a week but I realized that my line is totally unusable. I got 3 bar here but the connection always disconnect frequently and I need to turn off and on the cellular at the setting. My friend digi prepaid is much faster than mine at the same place except he has no LTE. Also his phone is HSPA+ while mine is still 3G. What is actually happening here?
*
1) if u using iphone, iphone only shows 3G, unlike android phones showing 3G H H+...
2) what is your iphone generation? only iphone 5 above has higher 3G tech.... 42mbps...

is DiGi LTE running on band 7 only? I have A1533 ip5s model and surprise me, it is able to detect and connect to LTE. For A1533 ip5s, it doesn't support band7.

Where is ur location?
if Klang valley, only 2600mhz is used
For other area, Langkawi, Penang, jb, kampar, kuantan, genting highlands, kuching, bintulu, Miri, labuaN, kk, tawau all using 1800MHz only...

Hi, last month I've subscribe and buy iphone 6 plus with idigi78 plan. That time the sales say if i pay cash i can get rm20 rebate every month.

But this month I got the bill there is no any rebate on the bill.

Is it the RM20 rebate is the upfront payment RM480? then is not rebate since i paid the upfront right?

Need advice, thanks! smile.gif
*
Shud b upfront payment...
but the rebate written at brochure will confuse PPL that they will get RM20x2 times rebate...

I m not very confirm how u ensure u getting 2600MHz?

As I know there are many "1800MHz only" Phone, and normally phone with 2600MHz will have 1800MHz too blink.gif
