emm... Xing Fang,
I'm not attend the walk in, the interview was done at HW office... last saturday- 26/4/08...
I am currently a subcon for one of the foreign Huawei Project. From what I heard, the Huawei engineer are paid like 3x more by working overtime and on weekends as well. Thats why you can see those huawei engineer usually stay till very late eventhough they have nothing to do. I don't know if this apply to all huawei engineers or just the expat.
Then, u mean stay late? Stay late in where? Customer side or in the office?

So we have to pass all three interviews in one day?
For walk-in interview is one day. It taking around 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
For internal or write in one, 3 interviews, 3 days (meaning you have to go to their office 3 times).

May I know how can I join them? Does they have any job opening now? Which is more efficient? Write in or apply online? I applied before online but no reply from them. Fyi, I am not fresh grad anymore, how much I can expect from them? Anyhow, I don't think my experience is useful for them. Any idea?
I've recently applied for a software related position in Huawei and went tru the 3 interviews (1st by engineer, 2nd by HR and 3rd by 3 managers). Now I am waiting for the decision and reply. The interviews were quite ok. I wonder how high is my opportunity in joining them?
Yup, I also have been told to the HR to report at the KLCC main office at level 46 (tower 2) on the first day of employment. There will be a form filling session and a briefing.. Maybe employers tag is also being made there.
When u will start anyway? I think having lunch in that area already a problems....
Technical Support (TS). Not Technical Specialist! Most of us went for walk-in is tech support, some able to get Microwave planning engineer. This is the coolest job in the company i think, most professional job if compare to others. Most of the engineer is in tech support post.
