I am currently a subcon for one of the foreign Huawei Project. From what I heard, the Huawei engineer are paid like 3x more by working overtime and on weekends as well.
Thats why you can see those huawei engineer usually stay till very late eventhough they have nothing to do.
I don't know if this apply to all huawei engineers or just the expat.
*
Then, u mean stay late? Stay late in where? Customer side or in the office?

Added on May 8, 2008, 12:19 am华为再次获得美国Leap Wireless CDMA2000网络合同

So we have to pass all three interviews in one day?
*
For walk-in interview is one day. It taking around 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

For internal or write in one, 3 interviews, 3 days (meaning you have to go to their office 3 times).

Fyi, I am not fresh grad anymore,  how much I can expect from them? Anyhow, I don't think my experience is useful for them. Any idea?

Technical Support (TS). Not Technical Specialist! biggrin.gif Most of us went for walk-in is tech support, some able to get Microwave planning engineer. This is the coolest job in the company i think, most professional job if compare to others. Most of the engineer is in tech support post.
