For either Phase 1 or 2, all sold out or still have remaining? I'm referring to Non-bumi units.

If yes, still any package/discount/rebates available?

Tower 1 is phase 1 , its 75% sold, still some high floor and nice units available. Price fr RM406,900 (RM399,900 - RM405,900 sold out)
Tower 2 is phase 2 , launched last week. Price fr RM421,900 (5% increment fr Phase 1)
Bumi and non bumi units available.

Incentives:
- Free Legal Fee on SPA and Disbursement

Where is your 30-45mins? I only use 15mins fr Puchong IOI... anyway.. its normal to travel 30-45 mins in KL.
If you coming from PJ... its far... If you coming fr Puchong its not... smile.gif
I use to travel fr Puchong to One U to work... its takes me 1 hour 30mins... but on the same time if i travel fr puchong to cyberjaya or bsp or klia i will have reach in 45mins.
It still depends very much fr where u traveling from...
I will advice customer it will be far if they buying for own stay...but it will be fine if one is buying for investment.

I do tell my customer its far when they coming fr PJ or Klang... but its not if your r in puchong or cyberjaya.
Im not furious but hate ppl ask stupid question ... biggrin.gif

People sold and already made money .. which is not paper gain... Indigo corner are sold for 900k ..last month deal. Bought 670k fr developer.
Pearl Villa townhouse was only 230k ...now developer is selling 350k. I sold 2 last week.
This is still paper gain? Those who didnt sell.. yes its paper gain.. those who sold.. congrats... those who complain alot and didnt buy... no comment biggrin.gif
