Bumi lot with 7% discount on purchase price plus another 8% rebate on downpayment. Another RM2000 rebate before 31 Aug 2013.
Price start fr RM399.900.

Purchase Price : RM399,900 - 7% (Bumi) = RM371,907

10% Downpayment = RM 37,190 - 8% (Rebate) = RM 7,438
RM 7,438 - RM 2,000 (Raya Rebate) = RM 5,438

All you have to pay is RM 3,000 (Booking) + RM 2,438 to own a unit, provided your 90% loan approved.

Good unit is limited, we alr sold more than 70%.

Yea... already 20k profit... price will shoot up once the new Empire alike Mall plan is up also more condos development launching soon.

i have question though, aside from the 'empire' style shopping mall, does saujana putra have any confirmed facilities that will be construct? such as hospitals/school/hotels maybe?

Their community are applying for primary and secondary school too but still need approval fr GOV. smile.gif

Tower 1 is now 75% sold.
Tower 2 just started.
We r going to promote SKYPARK in KK Expo this weekend, hopefully with good respond.

Can share anything special on Tower 2? As Tower 1 is cheaper.. curious why ppl want to consider tower 2 if they're same?

Tower 2 is lower density with 13 units in each floor. Only 1 corner in each floor.
3 Lifts.
More choices to choose from Tower 1.

Do you think they will be able to link BSP to Desiran Bayu, then D'Island and all the way to Puchong? Currently, the main limitation for BSP is access roads..it is either through tol or a bumpy road leading to Taman Mas Sepang..if more access, this area will be better.
