Is that... rubber band?

It's actually called a 'flexible rear mounted power pack connection device'.

I don't know if this is supposed to be like that.
I think Bandai made a mistake. This is MG Hi Nu's legs, back of the calf. See the difference?

are you sure you're not putting the parts wrongly? if the slots fits doesn't always mean you got that right
*
I'm sure. I disassembled and and checked it. The left calf is missing that lower part of the plastic that supposed to meet.

change the right leg's right armor to left leg's right armor (direction according to picture not gundam itself)
or
change the right leg's left armor with left leg's left armor

not sure which suit but i think it might solve as i see the right leg's right armor comes out abit  wink.gif
*
Will do. That never occurred to me. Thanks for the suggestion.

that's what exactly I had in mind. bazlit I think the armor parts have different complementing parts for each leg, while you put on similar mirroring parts on the same leg. OMG what I just said sweat.gif

ok. think it like this; let say each leg have 2 piece armor parts, A & B parts and each leg must consist both A & B. but instead, you put on both of the A parts on one leg and both of the B parts on another leg. not sure if I explain this right laugh.gif

*
Yup. That's exactly what happened. It's fixed now. laugh.gif

Just wanted to share a timelapse video I made of myself assembling the Hi Nu. Just the main body without the funnels and weapons. Click here to view.
Oh, and I forgot the v in Hi Nu's serial number at the intro laugh.gif

wow, that's cool.. I never had a workstation like yours.. i basically just sit on the floor and fix all of them up.. very well organized.  rclxms.gif

I used to do it on the floor too. Then I got old and sitting hunched over for long periods hurts by back and knees so now use a table. tongue.gif

QUOTE(leejok2003 @ Feb 24 2013, 01:29 PM)
that's nice! did u just cut and group the parts into several trays?
*
Thank you. Yup. That's right. The trays are labeled accroding to the runners. smile.gif

It was ok. Not too hard. Used the cutting mat as leverage and cut the pegs short and they snap in quite easily.

Can you all share how/where u all display your completed models?
Are you guys using the Ikea Detolf glass door cabinet? I need idea.
I wanna keep it away from children.... once drop I will cry!
*
I use Detolf. Careful that the children doesn't bang on the glass too hard though. Detolf looks sturdy but looks can be deceiving.

I actually broke my detolf display cabinet and cut myself while assembling it.. If you have small children at home I advice to tell them about the hazard or keep the cabinet away from them.. its not really sturdy.. I'm using a hemnes glass-door cabinet now.. kind of dark.. gonna install led light because I can't really see my model kit after i close the door lol..
*
Not to mention that assembling it alone is difficult due to the heavy glass. rclxub.gif

i thought the pearl one is this one.

user posted image

which is the one i just posted..
the only other 2 sinanjus i know of is the normal one and the titanium finish.. only 3 are available, iinm?
i believe there is another red box, which is essentially the pearl clear one in a different package, similar to the 2 unicorns
*
I find it strange that Banagher and Unicorn is featured prominently on a Sinanju box.

00 is the first series I watched from start to finish but I dislike the mecha design. Don't own any kit from that series. I've always prefered the UC design mechas. Somehow they feel more 'mechanical'.
