QUOTE(TheAdmiral @ Feb 14 2013, 07:16 PM) with the o raiser attachment its extremely back heavy. Due to the way the waist is design to move, it tends to lean backward due to the o raiser weight. thanks for info Admiral!u cant hold the sword with the big ass effect part attach, its just too heavy. U can kinda cheat it by holding it straight up but thats the only pose u can do with it. the gn drive while is kinda neat with the a motor inside to spin it up, but its also noisy. im not sure u r given a stand or not, last time the stand was given out in a separate box. If u arent then the weight and balance issue is just gonna be even worst. Even with the stand it not exactly stable either. posing it with all these balance issue will frustrate anyone. overall the main problem with it is balance and weight issue, MG did it better at a fraction of the cost. Its along the same line as PG Wing Zero really. Both came out b4 their MG counterpart, both has flawed that r fix in the MG. Its as if Bandai decided to use PG as a experiment test bed b4 releasing its MG. what's your verdict when compared to PG Strike Freedom? both are price similarly, if not based on MS preference, which is better/more worth? |

QUOTE(TheAdmiral @ Feb 14 2013, 07:41 PM) PG SF also is a big disappointment. thanks manGiven the price u'll expect at least fully chrome plated gold, but ure gonna end up with puke gold on most runner just like the MG. The wing hav that locking mechanism, while it is understandable given the weight of that thing its also abit limiting in how u gonna pose with it. Not to mention it lock at a weird angle. Speaking of the wing, there r many cases where the peg connecting to the back pack broke into 2. Many ppl suggest reinforce it with some metal ring or just directly use brass rod instead. Seeing as this is a PG and cost alot of $$$ u'll expect better engineering than this. Main selling point of PG is the innerframe. How well its being engineered how much detail is being put into it, this is no different. However u cant really show it with SF. Unlike say PG Strike or PG GP01 where u can pop open some armor pieces to reveal some innerframe, SF cant do that. Sure some armor slide up and down on the tight but it isnt unique, most MG hav that mechanism nowadays. And even if u can do u really wan to show off that puke gold? Given the choice i'll go for neither, but if u point a gun to my head i'll go with 00. At least u'll be given alot more plastic to play with. General consensus is just go with Astray or Strike, both r cheaper and more satisfying. good thing to know that the 2 most expensive PGs are best left avoided, i can set my goal on others |

QUOTE(onnylam @ Feb 16 2013, 08:00 AM) question: ver Ka Nu Gundam; so far I noticed there are 2 same but different colored transparent pieces, one behind the eyes, and another at the neck assembly. it is said the clear one allows the LED to shine through better, while the clear green shows some colour even though the LED is offwhat I wanna know is the why they put in 2 different color ( one is pure transparent while the other is green transparent ). will they give out different effect? I tried but doesn't seem to notice anything. |

but highly unlikely Bandai would do that, as that could kill Nu Ver Ka's market |

Guys, I need some opinion, which is the better option?
-PG Strike with postage Rm490, purchase PG Skygrasper next time -PG Aile Strike + Skygrasper 30th Anniversary Clear Edition with postage Rm590 I don't like clear, but I'm going to paint anyway, so no difference, but I'm only worried about the fragility of clear parts |

maybe Bandai did the Navy Blue scheme because there's a lot of people like me who felt that pure black is just too dull
you can't notice the shape and curves because black don't reflect light much. a lot modellers eg. vegeta8259 adds in some blue when they paint 'black' colour scheme |
