A full painted and decal SD has it own beauty.

Correct me if I'm wrong; ver Ka Sinanju comes with 2 types of stickers/decals, one of them water slide decals for the sleeves rite?
Any particular reason why I wouldn't want to use them? Lousy? Can't stick properly? etc etc....

But since I've yet to get me a Sinanju after all this time, might consider this one, even though they didn't change the hands to PG-like ones.

the gold sticker peel off over time. Your rather paint it. But either way its a good kit, if you do not have one already u should get it.. particularly if the hand improved. Bloody awesome to display this kit.. I will delay buying this till end march.. since i'm out of cash

this one is a must have for me.. definately gonna get it.. unsure how much needed to paint but painting is never a problem. It will be nice to display is with a unicorn and my kshatriya and sinanju sd.. still thinking whether to get the delta sd though..

Delta is just ok ok.. But the base jabber is the one that make thing interesting.
A bit as limited space but you can create the Unicorn vs Bashee fighting screen in movie..

sinanju ver ka comes with water slide, regular shinny sticker and clear sticker.
1. for those "warning" stuff its clear sticker.
2. for the gold trim u hav water slide and shinny sticker.

as for why u wouldnt want to use water slide:
1. the edge of the water slide is larger then the parts (im taking bout the clear backing not the gold portion), without trimming it it'll just stick out like a sore thumb.
2. u may not c it from the pic, but alot of those water slide r in 1 piece. For example the knee, each knee is separated into 2 halves (left side and right side) but each halves hav a top and bottom gold trim those trim is not separated, its a single piece so u hav alot of clear backing in between. Since the symbol is elevated, it forms an uneven surfaces and when u try to stick something over it it'll end up looking like crap. For easier reference, just take a look at the regular shiny sticker, both water slide and it r carbon copy of each other in terms of cutting. Notice the black portion, its the same for water slide only in water slide its clear instead of black. But that doesn't change the fact that its there and when u put it on an uneven surface it'll look like crap.
3. the gold trim is suppose to wrap around the part edges, both stickers and water slide the gold trim doesnt extends that far out so it'll look like u stick something on there rather then an actual gold trim parts.
4. the gold is not really reflective

Both defenser for sho shld be in the flying pose, AB needed...so guys what u plan to do with the other defenser then? Is it compatible on the blue Rezel?

finally someone answered my question as to why I've only seen people either use the foil stickers or paint the sleeves but none used the waterslides

I don't think it's possible as it's not the whole backpack with mount included, so it can't be mounted on normal ReZEL
even if it's possible to mount it, you wouldn't get a full Type-C ReZEL as the side skirts are different

Could I say there is a high chance the weakness of the water decals will be handed down to the OVA ver?
If yes, then the only way to make it nice, is painting....

So the most important question is; why would one (or me) choose the OVA ver over the ver Ka?
Other than the included bazooka and slightly different color, improved hands, rumored LED gimmick, less decals, any more?

there isn't any difference in terms of design so the elevated symbol will still be there. As for the water slide cutting nobody know since its not release yet, chances r Bandai just reuse the old 1. If that is the case then that weakness will still exist. At any rate, paint is the only way to make it look nice, not to mention the yellow parts on the vents should match the gold trim, if u use the sticker/decal it'll not match.

if u haven get any sinanju b4 just get the ova 1. The biggest reason is the frame will be made using the same lightweight material like Nu Tallgeese and Stein. Bcuz its much more lighter overall, its balance will b better. Also bcuz u can bend the new frame material it'll hav more leeway b4 breaking/stressing when u move it around posing it etc. The old 1 bcuz the frame is rigid, the joint is very stiff and when u r tying to pose with it the joint is prone to stressing. Many ppl broke the waist joint this way. I did not heard bout any LED gimmick, there isn't any space to put LED unless they redesign the torso and head. As for the hand, its not really an improvement per say, while it is infinitely more secure then the 2.0 hand, the wrist has a major weakness. Even the medium size nu riffle it has weight issue using these new hand, with the sinanju regular riffle, it'll definitely hav weight issue let alone the bazooka. While the new hand fixes some problem with the 2.0 hand, another problem props up.

That's settle then; will go for the OVA, saw a seller opened PO liao. Price I think is almost same as ver Ka....
Really interested in this one, the only disappointment I have, is that they nvr changed the hands to PG-like ones....
maybe if I have enuf money, i'll buy the Stein and swap out it's hand.....if....

well there r problems for both, so changing 1 for another is just swapping the problem around. Not gonna be beneficial either way

wow.. if no changing of hand I may not get it.. my current one have problem holding on to the rifle.. i was hoping if they make the changes so it can grab weapon better.. japan retailing at around 6000 yen that is around the stein price more expensive and it do not come with the new hand..

both hand hav flaws, choosing a kit base on these hands is meaningless.

old sinanju hand (aka 2.0 hand): peg to small cant hold weapon properly. Wrist is strong no droopy pose.
new hand (aka pg hand): very secure double peg system. Wrist is weak confirm droopy pose.

choose ur poison pill.......

May I know why not all MS gets MG treatment? Some only released in HG only. Because not popular enough?
