Is this need to spend RM100 and above to be entitled for RM50 Watami rebate??

FYI, just called request to change for SMS alert transaction from RM500 to RM1.

Hmm, I remember last time this request only can be done on counter which need to submit the application form and reported by someone here?? or No??

Yes just called to CS. I have requested for e-statement in the first place, however they still sending me hard copy. Asked why happened like this, she said maybe IT dept get something wrong detail, so she help to re-set for e-statement.

First time going BT to Aeon credit card.

According to the BT form from first page that I get, instruction 1 - do we need to attach the latest credit card account statement ? or we just complete the form and fax will do??

okay, is it only the front page that indicated of CC account number or all pages are need? And they are referring to which bank of statement? Aeon bank cc statement or the bank statement that want to transfer from (Exp: MBB) ??

18/2 - Applies for Watami card
26/2 - only received a call from CS for verify (after complaint to SA)
3/3 - Called to check the status, under processing

Probably the card will not be ready on this week IF the application is successful.

still holding my payment, waiting for Watami card to be arrive...

May I know only attach MBB statement front page or all pages for BT application?? and what is the email address that need to send to??

Current BT Application Process:

5/3/14: Submit AEON BT application via email (around 9pm something)
7/3/14: Verification call from AEON HQ and approval SMS received.

Only two days process then approved SMS has received

the CL will reduced upon approved the BT???

I through CL will reduced after payment has made by Aeon.

Get to know the card is approved on 4/3.

I go and collect my card at 1u branch on 6/3 after I make a call to CS, so 3 days to go

Ya, quite fast to get a card after approved.

No staff from 1u to call me for collection, only know the card is ready by calling CS through...

There is only 5% rebate for spending on Aeon big with new Aeon credit card.

May I know your Aeon credit card come with member card number together??

Ya that is for new Aeon credit card and entitled for those promotion.

I have two Aeon credit card which is one no come with member number, so that card is not entitled promotion.

Not sure about Aeon big, should be the same use of member number

Ya, there is share credit limit, I have 3 cards from Aeon, so all 3 are share credit limit.

The old Aeon credit card that I hold is still entitled for 6x free entry, but not entitled for current promotion only. Ya, upgrade to new card, so the old one will be cancel after getting the rebate RM50
