Based on AEON Website, the Watami CC req is only RM24K per annum.

However, if your annual income is < RM36K, you are only allowed to have CC from a maximum of two (2) issuers only.

I suspect this is your issue, hnce, you can try to proof that your annual income > RM36K.

No need to give pay slips, your EPF Statement is proof. Just go to any say RHB EASY Kiosk or at the AEON HQ at Menara Olympia (there is EPF Kiosk) and print out your latest statement.

Alternatively, cancel 1 existing CC.

Yes, just go to AEON Website to register. Its simple, u only need the CC Number and the Credit Limit plus the Registered HP to receive the OTP.

Tried and done in < 10 min.

sorry bro, I just got the Card so I cannot answer your question accurately except to say that for other CC that I hold, the answer is YES to the above 2-questions. So, I hope AEON is also efficient but best u call and ask them directly.

Just to Add, I have tried to pay using RHB Online to pay for my Watami Card but have been unsuccessful. In the RHB Online, there is an Option to pay AEON Credit and this is also in their Payment Channel instructions.

Called AEON to ask and was told by the CS that AEON is having problems for IBG Payment for the Card starting with 4726. Was told to pay using other means.

Luckily there is a AEON Office near where I stay and its open on the Last Sunday of the month.

Anyone have experience paying for Watammi using RHB Online?

same here, not in my March (3rd month Statement).

Must check and make sure its in April (4th Month, RM150 CB, else will write to AEON to complaint and if no action, follow-up letter to BNM

FYI, payment to AEON Credit is now available through RHB Bank eBill Pay.

I tried it last month, was surprised that there was no IBG Charges per say but when I checked my online Statement, the amount credited was RM1.50 less than what was debited from my RHB Bank Account

Hmm, have to wait for Paper Statement to arrive and call in to explain. After this, better stick to cheque payment, still oonly 15 sens
