QUOTE(redshark_999 @ Jan 16 2013, 08:08 PM) oh ok. sounds more logical. if 80-90% city and can get that figure, win hybrid or on par. Haha. Btw, didn't really understand previously what was mentioned. So how come it use less petrol? eating up engine oil? Yes that's why I was wondering how come lately FC so nice. Until last week r3apers say my car got white smoke, at first I thought vapor only coz night time exhaust blow white vapor very common geh. Today check engine light up, so must sent for checkup liao. Only realize intake manifold flooded |

Aircon compressor rosak no need to WAIT & no symptoms geh. It never happened to mai Iswaga coz I service it every year. As & when I see lubricant dirty I know something is going on, overhaul before it explode. That will only cost lik 80 bucks. However if drive until picah, debris will stuck everywhere, may need to change EVERYTHING. Normally from 700 onwards coolkwc Spare cars |

aircond rosak
Turned out cooling coil oso picah. 1 condense pipe oso picah FC for diesel Diesel required high compression to selfignite, but can't surpress vibration, therefore diesel engine is rough. Good thing about diesel car is, due to high compression(usually 1.5x of same displacement petrol engine), so torque is usually 1.5x of same displacement petro engine. If take GaGa as example Petrol 1332CC @ 4000rpm @ 125Nm Diesel 1332CC @ 3000rpm @ 187Nm At 5th gear haiwei speed 110kmh Petrol achi pockai 3600rpm @ 110kmh Diesel Jerico 2400rpm @ 110kmh Therefore, diesel generally use much less fuel compare to petrol engine. However, diesel engine overhaul price is 2-3x of petrol engine. Roadtax expansive also. Unless u r someone who drive a lot, travelling night & day covering semenanjung Malaysia, otherwise not worth considering diesel. Hope this help. Btw my favorite diesel is ISUZU D-Max 2.5T |

If replace whole new compressor, ori DENSO RM1280. If rekon compressor alone RM310. If rekon compressor bulk with magnet & pulley RM400. If I get new pulley+magnet only RM55. Might as well try my luck use back old pulley+magnet. Now unable to use, atleast I order pulley+magnet+bearing+rekon compressor will only cost RM365. Only matter is time. Besides, if compressor pulley snap that type of picah, nothing is harm. Just changed compressor & refill gas finish repair. However, my type is piston jammed, debris fly inside condensor. I can take the risk to reuse my condensor, but can't guarantee debris stuck in the condensor will harm my next new compressor. Actuator are used to control idling speed when aircon compressor kicks in. Just like turbo waste gate. Now my actuator won't close after open, when idling RPM goes up to 2.5k. Some may comment about the FIC circuit, but that's different. Its a vacuum controller that control A/F. If FIC rosak, aircon idling will mati engine. Some fuel injection car rosak throttle, idling aircon engine die, can opt to install FIC to further improve idling speed when aircon kicks in. Hope this help. |
