I'm not a fan of him, but Apis deserved to be more than a mod here
Do you know how much he had helped others? how many that had been saved from being cheated because of him?
He had not being biased at all, as you can see everybody is against you. They are not being biased, they've all gave you a chance, many chances, for the past 8 months, and you blew it.

YOU IGNORED THE THREAD FOR MORE THAN 8 MONTHS, FOR GOD SAKE!

So obviously, you are at fault here. Don't go complaining others for being bias.

To summarize the whole thing again and answer all of your doubts:

1. chin_kh opened a false complain on me.
-so you should do something about it - reply. defend yourself
2. I ignore him because it's baseless and untrue.
-wrong move. ingnoring will only make you seem more guilty.
3. apis sided on chin_kh and kacau my thread everyday
-no one sided with anyone. you just happened not to care about your customer. so everyone think you are at fault here
4. Due to apis influence and abuse of power, admin awarded me a dispute tag
-admins aren't stupid. they will not give dispute tag without making their own judgement first. as you can see from the original thread, there are no reply from you, at all.
5. apis tease me with Mr. Dispute tag holder nick name
-you called him Bias Mod first. he did give you pm informing you about the original thread
6. I try hard to resolve this matter with chin_kh with pm
-after some freaking months. chin_kh probably lost his interest already.
7. chin_kh ignored all my pm to him
-you ignored him at the first place.

Again, i repeat that I sold ap set to chin_kh and not sme claim as ap. He made up the whole story and by virtue i refused to reply on his absurd complain thread, he used that to blind apis into believing his created fairy tale. Apis without listening to both side (as he is BIAS) commented/posted/criticized my selling thread everyday.
-everyone who read the original thread aren't biased at all. some of them even said that it's partly chin_kh's fault for not checking during cod. everyone is open minded and trying to see who's actually at fault. the problem is, you did not come to defend yourself. at all. in any way. automatically chin_kh wins. as a seller, you ignored the complaint of a customer, maybe he is making that up, but you had to at least be professional and tell your side of story with proof. when you didn't do that, so obviously you just acting like any conmen do, hence the dispute tag.

As a fair mod, apis suppose to investigate the case thoroughly and seek clarification from both side. But due to BIASNESS and CONFLICT OF INTEREST, he tend to ruin my image and credibility here. Moreover, as a mod, he cant tease or humiliate someone by calling MR. Dispute tag holder. He should somehow show respect and at least understand the basic of calling a person.
-he did. he wants to know your story, everyone did. everyone who read the original thread knows. he is a mod, he is also a person, but you did basically piss everyone who actually wanted to help you at the first place.

I wonder what apis told the admin, Se7en about my case but i believe Se7en should voice his stand here why he given me the dispute tag. This will be fair on the check and balance. If apis told Se7en (admin) to issue me dispute tag and he without finding the right facts and eventually awarded me the tag, then this will be very unfair to me.
-he didn't award you the tag just for fun or just because somebody asked him to. look back at the original thread, and you can easily see why you got it.

The reason why i didnt reply on chin_kh's false thread is the complain is baseless and I really look stupid if i reply. For example, a stranger accused you for conviction of crime in facebook, knowing the fact that it was untrue and baseless. Then, is it necessarily to explain why you did not do it? By right i can complain back that the false thread created by chin_kh to admin or mod which what am i doing right now.
-so, if someone drag you to court with false claim, will you keep quite? no, right? at the very least you will say 'i didn't do it!' - a kind of defense statement. now, lets take a look your stars, wow, so many. so you should, no, you had to know how lowyat.net system work. if you have a thread here, be it a false claim, you should come and defend yourself. its so simple, yet you failed to do so.

Let us go back to the initial objective of having a dispute and trade zone forum. Simple, to assist people from getting con or any negative incidents. But the point is whether there is any check and balance or clarification made whether the complain thread is genuine or not??? For my case, the false complain thread created by chin_kh was a story told by him alone. I felt it was utterly untrue and i refused to reply. But apis concluded i refuse to defend myself. But apis never ask me why i refused to answer the false thread. Eventually i told apis why but he insisted to side on chin_kh.
-not just apis, everyone. everyone concluded you failed to defend yourself. nobody can actually check and balance. nobody can actually see some clarification. and oh god, this is whyyyyy we have the complaint thread! - to actually judge whether the complaint is genuine and should be entertained or not! so you should be here at the first place! if you really had PMs defending yourself with apis like you said, show us. you are not a tv celebrity who can choose to ignore gossips, you are a trader. you should not risk your safe trader tag, nor your stars because of this, that is why you have to again, freaking defend yourself. and when you failed to do it, all your hard work, your stars, your seniority, meant nothing. in everyone eyes, you're just another conmen.

Overall, this is why i open a complain thread against apis_LuaLua, being BIAS on my case and have conflict of business due to his identity as a seller and a trade enforcer....

sorry if i hurt your feelings. i'm usually a silent reader in here. but i don't know why my heart is screaming in frustration whenever i'm in this thread. -hence the reply. lol

no, because he just ignored you for, lets see... 5 days. unlike you who ignored everything for 5 months before holding the tag.
even if he ignored you forever, he is still not the one at fault here. why should he be tagged?

I hope you are going to be patient. you ignored him for 8 months, probably chin_kh wanted to give the same treatment back at you.
