To the Seller at Hand, I am a bit confused. You said that you already refunded the Buyer but the Buyer clams that you Con Him. So was there an actual refund.

Secondly, you are now offering to buy back the set from the buyer at "Market Price' (whatever it means). So does this mean (i) there was no refund earlier which means you lied or (2), you are offering to give the Buyer a second round of refund meaning buyer is getting 2x the money. You must then be the most sincere and generous Seller here.

Agree that there should be an element of depreciation as the buyer has been using for x-months. The next questions is who to determine the Market Value. Must be a transparent way.

Where is the proof that you said it was a AP set and not SME set? O yeah, you sold the phone when the msg was kept and formatted the phone first. But why didn't you post the evidence when it was still with you?

This is not about a stranger making a baseless accusation against you. chin_kh had a business transaction with you and is making a complaint arising from the said business transaction. Had this case gone to court / tribunal, by your actions of just keeping quiet and not presenting any rebuttal evidence, you would be found guilty.
