Good morning (well, I notice it's 1 am where you claim you are)

I would like to just say that the fact that you had vocally and exuberantly supported goodgenes "proof" as the last word, is discouraging to me as a new member.

I would like to ask that moderators and admin look at things objectively and avoid such personal opinion that might be misleading to other members.

Perhaps you could PM FallenOut regarding the proof that you know goodgenes had sent out the cards? Your statement that perhaps it has reset is also sounding odd, due to the fact that gifts reset after 14 days.

That sounds to me as if you are personally close to goodgenes and I worry about your impartiality. If I were FallenOut, I would be asking other mods to come give their opinions on the matter as well.

I am not telling you how to do your work, but as members I feel that I have a right to voice out. I am not putting this on the thread, because I respect you, too.

They did it in a trade, and Goodgenes traded his cards and the guy never accepted or whatever it's probably still in his inbox honestly.

Goodgenes wouldn't scam someone for 5SS, but that's not even the point.

This guy has no proof that Goodgenes never sent the cards anyways and so the only thing we can do is Delete his Negative rep and remove the warning level on FallenOut all they can do now is work out this misunderstanding

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I do understand your difficulty, as I previously had modded for another forum (but without trading, thank goodness).

Trading like this is really difficult to prove. Unless you ask him to take a video of his deck for examination. As a frequently used phrase, "proof of sending is not proof of receipt".

System glitches can screw up many things, and it is beyond our control (I blame SE for making such an addictive game that soaks up our resources).

There will be bad blood between the two and it will take a Dagon level effort to even start to patch things up.

What I would like to suggest is that perhaps the next time the mod can lock it before things get heated up, and carry on via PM discussion with both parties. Of course, that's probably not the way you do things here, and not my place to interfere. Just a mere suggestion.

Anyways u tell me what I did wrong? There's literally nothing possible to be done as neither of them have any proof and continue to insult the other. And I've traded with Goodgenes crap loads of times and so have tons of other people an no problems and seriously who would scam 5SS? Some stuff is just common logic I think it's a misunderstanding on his part.

As I see it, the only problem with it is the way you supported goodgenes' post. That, plus the way you publicly rebuked FallenOut and the warning that you said you placed.

If you find no proof on either side, why the initial support and condemnation? That was perhaps a bit too early, which is why I felt I had to PM you about it. There was no proper apology at the end too.

Sure, it was FallenOut that started the post, but I would say he has his reasons for posting up the pics. It does not seem good that you had literally branded him a liar and a troublemaker. And your post at the end just shows that your earlier post was perhaps made in haste.

The tempers that flared with goodgenes reply should be halted by locking the thread, in my opinion, and not by voicing unequivocal support for one side.

Judgement can be posted later by the mods after the necessary communications with both parties.

Do you agree with my statements? I apologize for taking so much of your time. I know there are so many threads that you should be checking right now.
